When Joe came to our house to take measurements, I gave him the flexibility to change cabinet layout to make the kitchen as functional as possible with logical placement of drawers and cabinets and although it was only minor changes, they all made sense. When it came to the install, being a commercial general contractor, I can say that you will find no better crew to install work with as much precision and craftsmanship. They worked diligently and were sure to address any questions they had rather than just "wing it". I was a bit hesitant at first because it's quite a distance from where we live, but we decided to check it out anyway. We met Maggie and her husband John there, and they were wonderful--so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of selecting our quartz and cabinets. Even though it was a long drive, we're really glad we chose to get our materials from them. The quality is excellent, and the prices are much more affordable compared to what we found in the SF/Bay Area. We came in to this business a few weeks ago in search of a brand new full kitchen we were gutting down our whole kitchen and making larger putting in new everything. Upon walking in the store the people I'm assuming the owners were behind the counter; one helping another customer and the man was on hold on the phone. Neither acknowledge us nor greeted us. We walked around and looked at their very small showroom. We were never approached or even acknowledged. Came back to the front counter and sat on the stools and waited until we finally decided to approach them to ask questions in regards to their inventory. Showed her our blueprint took her 5 minutes to give us a quote. Again we had to ask all the questions she never really asked what we were looking for nor did she have any recommendations. We got said quote which was a few thousand more than what we had gotten at the Granite Expo. Granite Expo had superb customer service and many more options. We thanked her for her time and based on our experience even if they had been more affordable we'd gone elsewhere based on our customer experience. Maybe they were having a bad day but when you run a business customer service is just as important as good prices and great work or products. Regardless of having a bad day you have to put your happy/business face on and carry on. In my opinion they have a lot of work to be done in this area. read more

These guys are as amazing! My dad was remodeling their 30-year-old house and John and Maggie help them so much to make them the home of their dreams! My parents had a ton of questions and visited the shop a bunch of times and each time they were so helpful and nice to them, even the two times I've visited, John did an amazing job explaining all the tiny details to me. We got many different quotes but superior granite was by far the most reasonable and after seeing the job they did I don't think I could've chosen anyone better. Here is where they went above and beyond: contractor we hired put Dents in 2 of the BRAND NEW cabinets....this was not Superior Granites fault or responsibility but they were so generous and truly wanted my parents to be happy that they fixed both of them!!!!
