I also want to clarify this review pertains ONLY to the bundles and not the closure I purchased previously. The closure has worked fine and the hair on the closure is still in great condition even after being dyed. Here is my review of the bundles I purchased recently. I purchased the hair on 02/17/2016 and the photographs are from one week after install, three days after install and 'currently/today' 03/04/2016 not even a month after purchase. So, here's the review for the hair pictured. Ethnicity - Brazilian Texture - Loose Wave Lengths - 18, 20, 22 1st Impression: hair was thick and had a lot of body with waves that bounced right back into shape when stretched, pulled, and/or combed through with fingers or wide-toothed comb Installation: I was scared after my stylist washed and conditioned the hair because it immediately lost its original body and seemed to have no "wave" to it at all but a stringy crinkle instead. Once my stylist added the the reverse spiral curls which took him only 15 minutes to do because the hair took very well to heat and was easily manipulated Day 1-Before going to bed I glazed my hands with coconut oil and gently folded hair into a bonnet. I always glaze/moisten my hands while handling the hair to reduce static, tangling, and keep the waves/curls intact. The hair responds very well to this technique and bonnet storage as the next day it only took five minutes to "style" the hair for the day - a la this result: With minimal effort just conditioner, hand scrunching, and edge control I was able to leave the house with a loose/wavy look. Hair holds up well with the overnight bonnet/oil routine. 3 Days in-I was anxious to see the hair in it's true state and the spiral curls had fallen. With a little love and care the spirals could've been maintained as the hair does hold style very well. However, I wanted to see if the "wave" was truly gone so I co-washed the hair and blow-dried on a combo low-medium heat. The end result was indeed a loose wave/crinkle. It did not contain, as much, body as I would have liked, but it did have texture. : I most likely will not purchase this hair in the future for the following reasons... 1. MAJOR shedding. After only 1-3 days I could not brush, comb, or de-tangle the hair without getting gobs of it caught in my brush, comb, or hands. The hair gets everywhere! I find myself picking out the stringy strands from my carpet, socks, shoulders, and back I have to de-tangle and comb the hair throughout the day to keep it from tangling and becoming matted. I do not work in a strenuous environment. I sit at a desk all day and the hair just balls up and gets tangled and matted all on its own. It's frustrating to deal with and time consuming. Every night before I go to bed I have to comb through the hair for a final de-tangle routine and the hair just keeps shedding. 2. I'm not a fan of the loose wave texture. I think that the body wave compliments my own hair texture better and allows for more effortless styling on the go. It also has way more body after washing. 3. For the price, I could've gotten the same hair and a better grade for cheaper with Custom Kreations just around the corner. This hair is really disappointing. I had such a great experience with the closure that I assumed the hair would be the same quality. I've worn bundles for years and I take care of my bundles. I use products with little to no sulfates and care for the hair as if it grows out of my scalp. I'm VERY meticulous about my hair, so it's indeed the product. I still have previous bundles (from other vendors) that are in excellent condition. This hair just simply fails.
