I waited a full three months plus to post a review so that I can give an honest review. Her hair is legitimate. And amazing. I love it. It flows like no other hair I have ever worn, it installs time after time with no issues. There were a good amount of short hairs, but with it being raw - I could understand that. My frontal lasted a full 3.5 months of me tugging and doing lord knows what to it and it still looks really good! I am just now going to repurchase that and redo my wig. I am so happy with my purchase, and not only that but the customer service is great - which is hard to find in the beauty community out here in Arizona. I kept the same short shape, the same design, and there were no extras added. When it was time to pay, I was charged $73, which is what I've typically seen charged for a brand-new full set, not a basic fill. What makes this especially disappointing is that I genuinely like my nail tech. She has always been kind, takes her time, and truly cares about making sure I leave happy with my nails.
