It was homecoming weekend so it was very busy, but we were able to be sat outside upon arrival. The table was dirty and never wiped down, and the experience went down hill from there. Our server was so busy she rarely checked on us for refills, etc. After waiting over an hour, our food came out cold and one of my party's meal was undercooked. It was an awful experience. Not to mention there was also a party going on so it was lots of people who came outside to sit around the fire pit. We informed the server about the food and her attitude was awful, she packed our plates up and went inside. I honestly felt bad for her but wasn't sure why she had an attitude with us. I couldn't pay my bill and get out of there fast enough. I don't think I'll be back.

We were worried at first we got the wrong sandwiches but came to the conclusion they just paid no attention and tried to get creative on their own. 3 stars because we took off what we didn't like and ate the rest since we were in a time crunch. Could have been worse I guess, but could've been far better.

The food and service were equally good for both trips. The only difference between the two trips is the first time they didn't have the Keiki Meal (kids meal) option. I really appreciate this option being added. We've had the Luau Pig, Honolulu Chicken, and Huli Huli Chicken. All of them have had great flavor and have been moist. I like adding the Pineapple BBQ sauce to my Luau Pig. The kids love both the Luau Pig and Honolulu Chicken. I'm envious the kids get Dole Whip with their meals. It's delicious too! We love having this fast food option as we pass through and would love to see one near where we live.
