Waited a number of weeks and was only able to talk to the contractors assistant to ask for an ETA on the proposal. No ETA was provided and the contractor never called me to discuss anything after our original meeting. Truthfully I have no problems if a company is not interested and would rather not take on a potential project. My problem with this particular contractor is their communication was sub par at best. If they were not interested they should have said this was the case and not have me follow up for several weeks after our meeting. Cannot really comment on value or quality as we never made it that far but providing a proposal in a timely manner with good communication is an important first step that never happened. Trying to be fair here but they really need to improve in this area.

What really impressed me was that every couple of weeks, Frank would text me with an update to let me know he was still on top of it. When the toilet finally arrived, everything went exactly as promised. Frank is an amazing guy, and this is a great store with truly outstanding customer service. Juan responded quickly, came to my house, measured very carefully, and gave me a fair estimate. He brought sample tiles a couple of days later so I could decide which would look best. After that, the project was completed in one day. It included replacement of drywall and stone material as well as installation of the tile. The work was done with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail, including working around the new shower fixtures. The guys were polite, professional, and neat. And the tile looks great!
