She couldn't answer my questions and repeatedly kept saying "I'm not sure, I'll have to check/research." The entire appointment felt like a waste of time. This is unacceptable and it feels dishonest. I was misled, got no helpful information, and walked away with none of my concerns addressed. I will absolutely not be returning and do not recommend this practice to anyone looking for real, professional care.

In any medical setting, especially when discussing sensitive topics, patients should feel respected and heard. That did not happen here. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I chose to end the appointment early. That is not something I take lightly, and it reflects how negative the experience was.
