Dr Milan chakabarty is a great physician. Kind , engaged and very good at all aspects of patient care. The other doctor , Dr Tahim I do not personally like. His attitude was rude and demeaning , in fact his treatment of me made me cry! And I am an informed patient 68 years old so I know when I am being treated poorly. I've never had any procedures done before or never been put to sleep with anesthesia so I was scared, but when I went in the lady who put the needle in my vein made me feel comfortable. I forgot her name. I never got it and the anesthesiologist as well made me feel comfortable. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone was awesome. Dr. Milan is the BEST Gastroenterologist I have ever been treated by. He is very kind, he SMILES, he takes his time with his patients and never makes me feel like he is rushing. Appointment times are pretty accurate. Not a long wait time after arrival. Dr. Chakrabarty has been around for a long time and may be a man of few words, but listens, resulting in excellent care and notes for you to review. My doctor was great. It was to stop, but the anesthesiologist is very rude. Asking me rude question like how many packs of smokes I do a day and it was just uncalled for I know it sounds kind of stupid, but I thought it was very rude. asking me one pack two pack three pack and when I try to tell them that I have problems with my neck, they went too concerned as you when I had to lay there because I've had neck surgery and the next day I had promised with my neck all they tell me to stop moving before the exam or the procedure was done. Other than that I don't think I was thoroughly talked to after the fact on what they had done, but the nursing staff was very sweet even if they were very busy they get their best. I'm not wanting to attend. Explain after I had the procedure in my throat what I experience. I had a hard time I was coughing in my chest was killing me but every time I go in the front office it's very teen and tidy so when you go to the surgical center part not so good and I never complain about much of anything but my doctor was great because he also did a colonoscopy a couple years back and he was wonderful this time it was my throat like I said all the ladies and they were pretty sweet for what they have to deal with and being so busy read more

Waste of money..... I would go somewhere they are more professional. The main doctor was giving me attitude after stealing my money. If you're stuck and can't go anywhere besides here..... start praying.
