Dr Milan chakabarty is a great physician. Kind , engaged and very good at all aspects of patient care. The other doctor , Dr Tahim I do not personally like. His attitude was rude and demeaning , in fact his treatment of me made me cry! And I am an informed patient 68 years old so I know when I am being treated poorly. Hello, I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Milan and his office Staff in his office and in his Outpatient Colonoscopy and Endoscopy Center. Dr. Milan is the BEST Gastroenterologist I have ever been treated by. He is very kind, he SMILES, he takes his time with his patients and never makes me feel like he is rushing. He is so thorough and explains everything to his patients so we are at ease when we have any of our procedures done by him. Dr Quaseem and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable of all digestive issues. At the start and at the end of my procedure, Amal, the intake nurse, made sure I felt comfortable through the entire process. My doctor was great. It was to stop, but the anesthesiologist is very rude. Asking me rude question like how many packs of smokes I do a day and it was just uncalled for I know it sounds kind of stupid, but I thought it was very rude. asking me one pack two pack three pack and when I try to tell them that I have problems with my neck, they went too concerned as you when I had to lay there because I've had neck surgery and the next day I had promised with my neck all they tell me to stop moving before the exam or the procedure was done. Other than that I don't think I was thoroughly talked to after the fact on what they had done, but the nursing staff was very sweet even if they were very busy they get their best. I'm not wanting to attend. Explain after I had the procedure in my throat what I experience. I had a hard time I was coughing in my chest was killing me but every time I go in the front office it's very teen and tidy so when you go to the surgical center part not so good and I never complain about much of anything but my doctor was great because he also did a colonoscopy a couple years back and he was wonderful this time it was my throat like I said all the ladies and they were pretty sweet for what they have to deal with and being so busy read more

The schedule staff is kind and the Dr Y was on point explaining and had patience on going over my results and planning on the next step. but when I had a colonoscopy. Appointment times are pretty accurate. Not a long wait time after arrival. Dr. Chakrabarty has been around for a long time and may be a man of few words, but listens, resulting in excellent care and notes for you to review. I only gave four stars because the staff seemed a little stressed with multitasking. read more

Waste of money..... I would go somewhere they are more professional. The main doctor was giving me attitude after stealing my money. If you're stuck and can't go anywhere besides here..... start praying. The nurse's assistant I see regular is always attentive. She listens to my concerns and always works to come up with a solution. And then, has me do a follow up in a month or two to check to make sure its working or see if we need to try something different. She is very caring and I appreciate the doctor and his team. read more
