As the end of the three months approached, I was informed by the Director that I would need to pay for an additional month because I did not provide a 30-day notice prior to the end of the commitment. This was extremely frustrating. If it's called a 3-month commitment, it's reasonable to expect that it ends after three months--not that it automatically rolls into another month unless you cancel 30 days in advance. Before I signed the agreement, Noah, their representative briefly went over the terms, but the 30-day cancellation notice was never explained. That detail should have been emphasized, especially since it directly affects billing. Overall, this felt misleading and disappointing. Transparency about cancellation policies is important, especially when customers are making a financial commitment.

I had a personal trainer who helped me for several months to achieve my fitness goal for an event. Gym and equipment were solid, customers were friendly. Due to my challenging travel schedule, I no longer required the annual gym membership and notified corporate and their staff of the cancellation. But that is when things got ugly. Received text messages and unauthorized credit card charges. In fact, they recently attempted to run $300 for non-existing training services. It feels like they either hope you don't notice or you don't care. If this is true, it is unprofessional and illegal. I am not the only one who has gripes with O2, check out other platform reviews. My trainer is Ciaran , who has been an incredible teacher. After the first day, I felt more comfortable about coming to train. Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" !
