Going into a gym and doing a circuit bores me, and I don't have the knowledge to create safe, smart, and helpful programs for myself. I have not gone to a gym for longer than I care to admit. The classes are small, so there is personal attention, and you get feedback on things like your form. G, the owner, is very aware of her group and takes input, adjusting the classes based on what the group needs most. There's a great sense of camaraderie in the lessons I have attended, more than in any other class I have taken. You almost feel like you are getting the perks of a personal training session in group training. Even after you get the hang of everything they will continue to make sure you are keeping with proper form and always know when you need a little extra push to motivate yourself.
