I have been shopping here for over a decade. They usually have what I want, and I always find extra stuff to buy I wasn't looking for. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. It's a cool little surplus and tactical store. Their politics are right also. I enjoy looking at their political statement bumper stickers. Prices seem fair and not overpriced. read more

Not good at all!! Stay away!! Totally unacceptable behavior. None of the employees wear masks or social distance. This is why the pandemic rages. They don't seem to think the Daytona mask laws & requirements apply to them!!! Greedy!! Highest prices I've ever seen for ammo. You can get it much cheaper on Gunbroker. They take existing inventory and quadruple the price.. I feel sorry for the older local folks that don't know any better :-( After stating it was NO problem to make sure I get the boxes my ordered items came in, they took them and gave me a story about how it was impossible to keep my boxes.... All they had to do was log in my stuff and put it back in MY boxes. The boxes belong to me, not them. Basically, they took my boxes and used them to ship the rifles they are selling on Gunbroker. Maybe they could just buy some boxes themselves?? They lied to me and I recommend staying away from this store. No wonder I haven't stepped foot in their door for 20 years!! Look at all their bad reviews.. Now I remember why!! Going to call the BBB next and report them..... Allen and Dave just don't care about their customers. Great customer service and return policy. Bought a pair of $20 sunglasses the screws backed out because there was no locktite on them from factory and glasses literally fell apart on my head.i threw away receipt by accident,but i liked the frames so i brought them with me to buy a new pair which i would locktite the screws myself (i really liked these aviators)! The lady at the counter said she would exchange them for the same glasses and i was so happy. Because of this Ive been back numerous times. The prices are a bit high(but reasonably),but for the customer service and made in the USA products they carry it is well worth the extra cost.we need to shop there to support a mom and pop shop. I recently had bought molle tactical vest for a two gun competition and one of the buttons seperated from rivot but i have receipt and their store policy is better than any online alternative.i was also able to tey it on before purchasing. Something you cant do online. They have plenty of camping, tactical and bug out bag/prepper supplies. My only gripe is the price of firearms are noticibly high.if they sell them at these high prices more power to GI JEFFS .i feel if they would be 15% more than gun exchange i would still buy there because of the awesome customer service. Any prepper looking to build a bugout bag needs to check out GI jeffs. Cody the young man in the back while not initially engaging is very helpful once you break the ice and get him talking and he put much effort in looking for a holster for my rare race pistol as well as offering suggestions for a molle tactical vest for a two gun competition (which i bought) and three mag holder for AR MAGS. The molle vest is excellent quality and was only $39.99!! The buckles and stitching are great, this is high quality gear for the price of airsoft walmart gear. They had other vests and armor for $39.99-$199.99 They do have a nice selection of benchmade knives and spyderco. It would be nice to see some high end MICROTECH kives and some better low end like mykel hawk knives I can say enough about how nice the females are, a big HELLOO HOW ARE YOU as i entered the door and at least a couple of (can i help you) but not overly aggressive. Perfect..just lower the firearms about 8-10% across the board and promote with a sale and i see GIjeffs giving gun exchange a run for their money. Great customer service!!!! These guys are awesome! Great selection of firearms, knowledgeable staff. They offer concealed weapon courses too. I just bought a burnt bronze desert eagle .50 ae from them, great price!! Also got ammo for $20 a box less than anywhere else which is great. I was just about to go there now but it's closed Sunday damn!! This guy is not only a bad business owner with very poor customer service he is a LIAR too. I purchased a new 300.00 knife from this guy and it arrived in an open box and didn't work properly. I sent the knife to the manufacturer (Benchmade) and had them repair my "New" knife at my cost to ship for repairs. I simply asked the seller GI Jeff to pay for shipping, he refused. I posted the TRUE facts about my purchase experience with this business and he in turn posted a review about his experience with the buyer (me) and could not tell the truth. He posted "ALL HE DID WAS COMPLAIN.HAS NO IDEA WHAT HEIS TALKING ABOUT. VERY SLOW PAYER". I could not believe my eyes when I read his post, he is a LIAR, I paid him within 10 min of clicking on the "buy now" button on his auction AND HAVE PROOF. Visited GI jeffs yesterday... Dont think I would ever return to this place. Lots of overpriced military surplus etc. But, I would not return for the unprofessional staff that i encountered at the register. The customer that was just ahead of me was some sort of Daytona reserve PD officer that was given a discount for his service... but, when i step to the conuter to be helped. I asked if there was any sort of military doscount. I was told no...only if i was on active duty on orders. I told him that I was retired US Army.. Again, did not make any difference to him. My next question was can i speak with the owner about his policys, He walk over to the owner while i finished ringing up my items at full price. The owner of Jeffs declinded to speak to me over this matter or clear up any misunderstanding. Next time I will drive to Camp Blanding were i wont have to pay $150 for a set of ACUs. for my son to play in. US Army Special Forces (retired) read more

Did this guy ever think that it was very possible that the item he enquired about was a hard to find item? Or that maybe the item was up for auction the entire time and happened to be purchased in between the time he called and actually showed up? The item doesnt happen to disappear when it sells online, very possible for it to still be in the store. Do you think they wouldnt want your money or business? Use your head. I have always had a great experience with these guys and they are able to get all the impossible to find guns. read more
