I went to the bridal studio in August, 2021 looking for the perfect wedding gown. At first…read moreeverything was perfect. Emily, I thought, was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I found the perfect gown and ordered it. Fast forward to June, 2022; I reach out to Emily via phone with no answer approximately 3-5 times since I hadn't heard from her since I ordered the gown. I finally find an email address and email Emily. Her and I exchange emails from June 15 through July 9, 2022, 19 emails to be exact. I ask her if I can pick up my gown and she of course says yes. I schedule a pickup, then she states that her assistant is on vacation. I then schedule another pickup time and when I am getting ready to leave work to get my dress, I receive an email stating that her vehicle broke and she moved towards Philly, therefore she cannot meet me to get my dress. Let me remind you that my wedding is September 10, 2022! I finally send a final email demanding that Emily put my dress in the mail/ UPS/ Fed ex, however, that obviously didn't happen. Additionally, Emily did not let me know ahead of time that alterations were not done at her shop. Unfortunately, I fell for this business which is why I am writing this review today. I will need to fight with my credit card company in order to get my $850 back since she still isn't returning my emails. I always try and support small businesses as my family has a small business, however, it is completely unprofessional not to answer your clients, especially clients who have paid. I am a pretty reasonable person but I fell for every excuse in the book with Emily. I truly don't think my dress was ever ordered to begin with. Please take what I wrote and don't shop here. Find another small business who is professional and support them. I understand things go wrong but this is uncalled for. I did find another place that will be able to get me a dress for my wedding, thank goodness.

The owner, Cindy and her entire team made the many visits to her shop a wonderful experience that every bride should have. My daughter was treated like a princess every time. The team gives the bride undivided attention, and is willing to work with designers who work with the bride for her dream dress on her wedding day. This shop dressed my daughter in every gown she wished to try, gave us all the time needed, and when my daughter decided to design a gown that she wanted they were on it immediately and the designer was just as wonderful. My daughter had specks of her dream dress until she was happy to order, the suspense of waiting was tough as we did not see final gown in person until designed and arrived. Upon arrival, we cried, the gown was everything and more in person and fit right to a tee except for a few tucks that Cindy allowed for room if needed.
