The gentleman that I spoke with was great to chat with, and he has an encyclopedic knowledge of shoes and the shoe industry. Although I was there to drop off two pair of shoes for repair, I intend on returning to purchase a pair of dress shoes...even though the same shoes can be purchased online at a cheaper price. What I won't get online is the outstanding customer service, proper fit, experience, and peace of mind that comes from buying from such a well run business like Moyer's. I think the community is fortunate to have a business like Moyer's, and I whole heartedly recommend its patronage.

It had a few of the stores we were interested in such as Coach, Lululemon, Nike Factory and Abercrombie and Fitch, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade. I chuckle when I go in as there are shoes in there that have literally not sold in a decade.. but as I said, it's sometimes worth a look, especially kids shoes. Be ready though, the store is far more interested in their rules than their customer service. There are homemade signs all over the place making it sure you know they won't stand behind their products so don't even think about returns. They even give every customer a slip of paper at the register to tell you once you leave the store you are getting no refunds no matter what. In the age of Zappos customer service, I wonder how this place stays open with such lack of regard for customers.
