I am just completing a very high end German Manufactured kitchen. ( BauFormat ) My choice of stone was Dekton , super hard, heat and stain resistant and really pricey. My kitchen Cabnet firm gave me the Referal to Giallo. I am so pleased they did. Several weeks ago I connected with their leader whose name is Andre. He came out and made his measurements. About 10 days later my counter tops arrived at my home ready to be installed. The crew that installed them, johnathan and Ceasar were and are real pros. Johnathan who is the main man in this crew can't stop smiling, he loves his job and this line of work and it shows in the finished product. After they installed the counter tops it was Jonathan and Ceasar's turn to measure the dimensions of the back splashes. I absolutely love my new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops! I looked around for some showrooms I couldvisit for some inspiration and Giallo Stone was my first stop. Andrey was a very pleasant person to speak to and extremely knowledgeable. His showroom had a wide range of counter top options and cabinets and it didn't take me long to fall in love with the options. I arranged to have Andrey come by my house the next day to take some measurements and make a blueprint of the area. He was on time and very professional. I had a lot of questions and he happily answered every single one. I went back to his showroom the next day, finalized my choice of counter tops and cabinets and the installation started two days later because they were just finishing up a large project. I asked for a quote for a small job. Andre assured me over the phone that he had lots of remnants that would work for my job and he could get the job done quickly. Unfortunely, none of the remnants were the right size and I had to buy a whole slab which increased the cost. Oh well, I was willing since I wanted the job done quickly. First, they forgot to come measure when they said they would. Andre said he forgot to put me on the schedule. Then, I waited. I emailed and called but still waited. It was a very small job so he said he had to "fit me in". I understood but, it took over 2 weeks for a 10 minute job. When they finally came to do the job, no one contacted me in advance (no call, no email, nothing), they just showed up. I happened to be home at a time that I usually would not have been here. We were about to leave the house for the weekend. Thankfully, they caugh us just in time and 10 minutes later the job was done. I looks beautiful and was installed well. I just did not received very good customer service. I was not important enough of a client. I will look elsewhere in the future. read more

Went in for a quote for vanity top fabrication / installation. we ended up getting four estimates and their estimate was double the other two and triple the final one. I was purchasing all the material so this was just for fabrication / installation. Their work looked good, but the price was way too high. As good as it gets! Andrey and Giallo Stone did the most amazing job on getting the stone I wanted, cutting and installing my new kitchen countertops! I have to say, I shopped around and visited various showrooms in the area - but from the first time Andrey called me back within 20 minutes of my phone call (I think it was even on a Sunday) - I felt this was someone who was eager to meet my needs and earn my business... but with no pressure. I was my own contractor on a complete kitchen remodel and came up with interesting angles - all of which look beautiful. Giallo Stone delivered exactly what I was looking for - and I had a lot of concerns with getting it just right. My elevated bar runs 10.5 feet - just over the standard slab size. The manufacturer of the quartz I wanted did not have jumbo slabs in that color. It's a light marble color and I was concerned that the seam would be highly visible. I mentioned this to Andrey and he made sure to have his people line up feathering between pieces... in short, I have shown people where the seam is - with my finger on the seam - and just about everyone says, "wait...where?" Major points Andrey - thank you! From maintaining the integrity of cuts from one slab around a stainless steel front apron sink (other places told me I would have to have a seam by the faucet...not so :) ), to the waterfall countertops, to really understanding my vision... Andrey was there to not only meet my needs but contribute certain practicalities. AND PRICES ... spot on with market costs and very transparent with his charges. We are remodeling Our kitchen including having new Caesarstone counters. My wife is an interior designer, which means EVERY time we do any work, we get at least (usually more!) 3 bids! She likes to do this because it gives her an opportunity to talk to the different vendors, find out more about the products that are going to be used, more about their processes, and allow her to feel more comfortable with the company. We were very happy with the bid that we got from Andrey at Giallo Stone; it was very complete indicating what they would do at each step. Other bids we received were not always very complete, some being very skeletal. Andrey's bid was also one of the most competitive bids. Once we hired them, we were very comfortable with the entire process. Andrey came out to measure everything including looking at the new sinks that we would be putting in our new kitchen, to look at the faucet holes etc. Then they went back and cut the Cesar stone according to the measurements and Oscar and David came out to install the new countertops. They were very efficient, effective, and fun. It's always nice and comfortable to hear the workers bantering about with one another in a playful manner but yet still behaving in a very businesslike manner. I purchased two slabs of granite so we could do the countertops and match the backsplash in the same material.
