So, I had such a great experience here that I took my clients to buy tile for their new design facility. We went over the plans in advance and figured out what was needed. Gayane took great care of us. The conversation quickly escalated to slabs. They have an amazing selection and each piece is like art. My client asked if they had any close outs and she showed him $150 slabs. They were rust damaged but there was enough useable material deformity what he wanted to fabricate. I was running late so I put my client in touch with my fabricator and he visited again himself the next day. Gayane told him she had a few more damaged slabs that were $50. My client wanted all 26 she found- some here and some up north. We'd have to take those FOB at the yard up north. My client made arrangements We went today to pay for them and met the GM and kind owner. I had not met them in past visits. They are kind and very knowledgeable. We were promptly told the 9 slabs up north were not available and all were broken. We had only 17 to work with, after spending a ton of time redrawing the plans yesterday to accommodate the slabs rather than the Italian tile we'd chose for the interior. I gave them my resale and my client had cash in hand. we waited for the paperwork. At nearly 4pm and we were told to come back tomorrow because they were having a meeting. I love this place for the beautiful stone that is as beautiful as anything as the Pacific Design Center and am appreciative of how they were able to shift gears from tile to their close out slabs for my client. Our contractor highly recommended this place to us. We did our research on materials for countertops and were prepared to purchase porcelain slabs. Upon arrival you check in and then a salesperson walks you through the slab yard. So much inventory to admire and consider. Our salesperson (Gayana) was extremely knowledgeable. We discussed kitchen use, durability, to book match or not and amount of slabs needed. Ultimately she recommended Quartzite. Our fabricator also agreed that Quartzite was the better choice for durability and kitchen use. We chose our three slabs and paid in full so Stoneville could hold our slabs. Stoneville does not deliver and is not responsible for any damage once the slabs leave their yard. Excellent slab and tile place to visit! I have been to many recently with a major remodel (new Kitchen, new master bath, two new guest baths). My sales associate, Jennifer Infante, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Many of these stores only have small samples, often not a full slab to look at. They have several slab yards (inside and outside), very well organized, with a slab that you can actually look at without pulling one out! Novel idea! I specifically came to see one porcelain line but was able to see three manufacturers. They also have a nice showroom with kitchens and bathrooms mocked up with products in use. I now have a lot of great ideas and plan to go back again in a few weeks to narrow down what we will use. Highly recommend the trip out there. Professional and great selection! I had my eye on a bar-height table with chrome legs and a marble top. It was $1200. I decided I could do better. I found a table with the right dimensions and chrome legs on Craigslist for $70 but it had a hideous beat up laminate top. No problem, I thought. I'll get a stone top and I'll be way ahead. There's no installation, no special edges, no sink cutouts. Easy peasy, right? Then I started to get quotes for the stone. I was hoping for a white quartz top that marched my kitchen counter, which was next to the table. Everyone wanted $1500. Even at Home Depot, where I assumed they would cater to this sort of DYI project, I was told any counter top was minimum charge of $1500 not including installation. "Even if I only ordered a foot-square piece, it would be $1500?" "Yes," he said. So I picked out a stone place from Craigslist and drove out there one Saturday morning. They were closed. But a block away I saw Stoneville USA. "Why not? " I thought. I walked in and Mati helped me. She was so patient, helping me through this confusing process. She sat down and showed me how I could actually get not only the table, but my bar counter done with a single slab. I was amazed at the low price. She referred me to a fabricator who was cheerful and got the job done for way less than it would have cost to buy just the table from a furniture store. And when there was confusion on the part of the fabricator, she walked him through how to figure out the project to keep it on a single slab instead of telling me to buy another. First off, I want to say that when my wife and I found StonevilleUSA and talked with Gayanne we thought we had found the perfect place to buy our Quartzite slab. Gayanne seemed very knowledgeable in terms of stone Countertops. So my wife and I looked at many quartzite Countertops for our kitchen. We explained to Gayanne that we needed two jumbo slabs of Monte Blanc. She showed us the slabs the company had in stock, and out of five slabs, my wife and choosed two slabs that we felt were the best two. My wife explained to Gayanne that we were not ready to pick up the slabs, but we were willing to pay for them now. I forgot to mention that the slabs we picked didn't have many blemishes on them. There were two slabs that had many blemishes, and we specifically expressed our feelings that WE DID NOT WANT THOSE TWO SLABS..Gayanne assured, and promised us that we need not to worry, because the slabs would be marked and they could stay at the yard until we were ready to pick them up. Fast forward a few months later. Our fabricator picked up our slabs from StonevilleUSA and fabricated them. On the day of installation my wife and I were astonished that the slabs were two different colors. One Mont Blanc, the other slab, a grayish quartzite. We were horrified. Plus, the white Mont Blanc that had many blemishes, and the slab we didn't want was now on our center island. So, we have white and gray quartzite Countertops. Needless to say we were floored. Fabrication had taken place and counters installed. Nowhere near what we paid $6000.00 dollars for. I reached out to StonevilleUSA and it was the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in my life with trying to correct a mistake. First of all they didn't want to take any responsibility for their mistake. My wife and I believed because our quartzite was at the yard for a few months, they sold our slabs, and replaced them with what we have in our kitchen now. Gayanne, the store manager tried to convince my wife and I that the quartzite we have in our home is what we purchased. I explained to her that when we picked out our slabs, I specifically showed her the blemishes, and she agreed with us. Now, she's trying to sell us on they're couldn't been a mix up, because the slabs were tagged. I told her, then the tabs were exchanged. Gayanne told me that's impossible. Hear what she just said, THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE." The company doesn't want to take responsibility, and admit, they made a mistake. The gray quartzite that's now in my kitchen also has blemishes that are very noticeable.. With all this being said, if I could leave no stars I would, because this company is garbage. They'll quickly sell you the farm, but when they make a mistake they'll blame it on the customer. All consumers be aware of StonevilleUSA. I tried to get someone out to my residence to have a look at the quartzite, but all I got were excuses why they couldn't come out. I tried contacting the owner but kept getting the runaround on why he was not available. Besides my review, read other reviews on this company, and you will hear exactly what I am talking about. We stopped here and found the most beautiful slabs of granite and quartz. This place has a great selection and offers great customer service. We dealt with Alex who was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He's not pushy at all and helped us finalize our decision about the 6 slabs we picked up. We had shopped around a lot and Stoneville has prices that are competitive with other reputable places. Of course the prices aren't dirt cheap. But they do have a clearance section showcasing some stones are chipped or discontinued. They also have a Geolux slabs which are proprietary and really gorgeous.
