Dunn returned my call the same day and gave me a very fair quote. Within two days they replaced the defective motors (not easy because of the custom housing they were in). Thankfully they were able to use the existing shades and now everything is as good as new. I suspect I will eventually replace the rest of my motorized shades and I will definitely call Dunn.

First he installed roller shades in the bedroom which ended up looking excellent. He did explain that there would be light gaps which there were, but that is the nature of roller shades. Quality was excellent and no problems with automation which was a huge priority for me. THEN, he installed natural fiber automated shades in my dining room and living room and they are beautiful. When I chased him to confirm the delivery date because our departure date was approaching he ignored us. The installer, a subcontractor, did respond quickly but didn't have all the parts and promised to followup when they were available. 4 weeks and one further phone call later, Still nothing, not even a call back. I have talked to 4 "customer care" people. They listen, create a file, but nothing happens and no one calls back with an update. One further call to the sales person and not even the courtesy of a call back. This is a terrible company that used to be good. Stay away from them and save your money.
