The sales estimator took one look a the blind and said it could be fixed and would cost less than a replacement. 2 hours later the repair crew showed up and rebuilt the blind. We had Ivan's team install a replacement blind after another blind not from Ivan's failed to work . We were delighted by the fellows who came for that installation. Two months later the new blind stopped partway down and wouldn't go any further. Today, after a call for help from Ivan's two days ago, the technician came and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was very polite, and explained what he did to get it moving. He also gave me clear directions for operating the remote. I had a large shade replaced in my living room window today. The entire process was a breeze. They measured and delivered the shade in less than the 4 weeks promised. It matches the other shade perfectly. The installers, Jose and John even took the time to look at a broken blind in my bedroom and figured out the exact parts I would need to get it repaired. Everyone from the store was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the new shade is excellent. Blinds and shades are very expensive investments these days. Fred T. is great Morty is always working to get service calls as quickly as possible and the installers are even fantastic. Had a "Powerview" hub connection issue and they stopped by the same day of the issue and helped me work through it.
