The mushrooms were fresh, not canned and that makes a big difference to me because I love mushrooms. The steak had a great flavor and I noticed the extra amount that they added per my request. The cheese and peppers were also great. This was a very good sub - definitely one of the better Philly subs I've had. The guy just kind of shouted out across the restaurant without even making eye contact. I guess I should have waited before I tipped so well. Lesson learned! Their representative told me we had to be associated with a non-profit organization. He said they weren't in business to give money away. They had to be able to deduct it at tax time. I suspect this policy makes sure they don't have to contribute to any individual causes that the surrounding community may have. I regret supporting this heartless company for all these years.
