The store offers good quality food at the expected prices. The workers are nice any the general atmosphere of the store is very pleasant. The store is always clean and parking is readily available most of the time. The store has greatly enhanced the Liberty Heights and Gwynn Oak intersection. i purchase a lot of produce from this location and have noticed a change in the quality on too many occasions. I would normally leave ShopRite and visit another grocery store to make my purchase. A couple of days ago, I didn't have the time. Feeling frustrated and seeing a pattern developing, I decided to snap a photo to share. I am sure that THIS IS NOT a true reflection of ShopRite management or it's owners. ...but, photo says it all... If I saw produce in this condition in my own refrigerator, it would be tossed into the trash can. I'm sure that the owners would do the same. What on earth...???

During my conversation with her she kept walking away because I was not 100 percent what 2 registers it was as I was speaking to her because she kept sulking and complaining about she has to run a store. The security guard butted into our conversation and escalated the entire situation. They both kept saying I was being rude when I was just trying to get my receipt and the manager kept refusing to do her job which ended in me having to call the cops because how much lying was going on by the staff. I have a video and I plan on escalating this issue.

Relatively large store compared to some others in the area. Store is not always organized, but most items stay well stocked. Never had an issue with employees or cashiers other than noticing they are understaffed with people to run registers. Currently they do have balloons available amidst the helium shortage.

The selection of parking spaces were abundant as well as the amount of available grocery carts. My only problem with some of the carts is when customers leave trash like circulars, boxes and other items for the next customer to discard. Since Aldi is unconventional in terms of their carts, customers should be responsible and courteous enough to remove trash and other debris before returning the cart and locking it in. The last time I was there, someone actually left apple and pear cores in the cart. The Aldi brand has come along way over the years and keeps getting better and better in my opinion. Though I personally only purchase the fruit and vegetables, organic brands and some pantry staples, they have a variety of everything for pretty exceptional prices. I have rarely had a problem with any of my purchases, which is one of the reasons why Aldi is one of my weekly stops. In any instance where there was a problem, the issue was resolved without a problem. The store is clean and pretty well-stocked. Like I said earlier, I discovered that the best time to visit is when they first open because everything is so abundant with a neat presentation. The seasonal items are usually a good buy. Additionally, I like venturing down the miscellaneous aisle where I have discovered some great finds from cleaning products to deeply discontinued items.

They straight used their bare hands to reach in and grab pastries. I find this disgusting and unsanitary. No one wants to eat your germs. I made a suggestion to an employee, but he said people are going to do what they going to do. So as a warning I would avoid get pastries unless you like your baked goods covered in germs. This Lidl has a large free parking lot and offers both small and large carts. And you don't need to scramble for a quarter to release the cart-- these are free floaters. Another reason we like to come to the Lidl on Bel Air Road in Nottingham is to look at and sometimes buy flowers and plants-- they really have a nicer selection of flowers and plants for a grocery store. And perhaps the best part of Lidl is their fresh bakery. We have to buy pretzel rolls and jelly-filled doughnuts aka Berliners. The baked goods are always so fresh at this Lidl. I was really surprised seeing that they charged almost 2,5 times more than the price tag on the display showed for one of the produce item. When I pointed it out to the cashier, the reply was "the price on the display is wrong" - no apology or other explanations or offering me to still charge me accordingly to what the tag said. They just called someone to change the tag. When I asked about the manager or someone in charge, they said that no one there is available. Instead of appreciating customers and trying to be nice, they just simply don't care.
