I have been in this gorgeous home decor shop many times but have always forgot to review it. While perusing the spring flower display in the Bellagio Conservatory last week, I ducked in here for a look. So many beautiful and tasteful gifts for your friends and family. Lots of high end pieces and if money is no object, then shop to your hearts delight. I love the fact that they carry one of my favorite lines of dinnerware MacKenzie Childs. I especially love the Courtly Check in green and if I could I would purchase the entire line. I do have a few pieces of the Courtly Check in black, the teapot and the tea cups. Service is helpful and somewhat friendly. The decor changes with the season so be sure to stop in and treat yourself. read more

All the crazy stuff in this little store is just too too over the top, but also too too cute!! We always stop in and never failed to find a gift for one of our friends. This time we got two McKenzie Child's dish cloths with a beautiful botanical print on them. Last time we got a super cute springtime doll for an Easter basket gift! I have been at this store many times over the years but never wrote a review for some reason. Mmmm ... located at the Bellagio near the conservatory and botanical gardens. They have so many beautiful products for sale. Lots of Michael Aram pieces and Mckenzie Child's pieces. You will also find candles, home decor and much more. 3rd times a charm! The most beautiful garden on earth has a hidden gem...the Christmas store. Yes it's beautiful. Every part of nature represented to deliver an over the top, breath taking display. ...errhh!, this is about the Christmas store, lol So we stopped in the 2nd year to get more stocking to match ones we bought 3 years ago. A growing family. Angel was here. When I asked where the stocking were, she opted to tell me the cost before directing me to them. I informed her that we had four already and asked why did she give the price disclaimer. No I wasn't "Bellagio" glam, we were out running errands but never is it acceptable to pre judge any one. While I walked over to look for the stocking, Angel proceeded to state to the person behind her that "she didn't know why those people act like that", which my daughter caught on her way behind me. Bummer, no direct reflection on the store but Angel could be at work on my next visit and I am not interested to see her again. For that I will not get to return. read more

My family and I stopped inside the Bellagio for my father's birthday. After going through the Conservatory, we stumbled upon Giardini's Garden store! It's right next to the parking garage escalators. As soon as you go to the 1st floor, it's off to your left. Through-out all seasons, except for the Holidays, the store offers a wide array of garden-oriented gifts and decorative items for the home and garden. This is a must see store if you're visiting the Bellagio and viewing the Bellagio Conservatory. The Merchandise ranges from well-known design houses, and unique items for the garden. Hours Monday - Sunday: 9:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M During the Holidays though, the merchandise changes inside the store! My family and I visited during the store on a December, Saturday evening around 4:30 P.M. There was this cute light post that had a clock-tower and a simulation of snow falling from the sky. It was beautiful! Other items included the following Decorative Polar Bears Ornaments! Lots of Ornaments Nutcracker Holiday Trees Holiday Masks Decorative Dolls Snow Gnomes Snow Globes and so much more! It's just really expensive! Some of the ornaments were priced around $65.00 each! Decorated for the holidays. I saw a gentleman next to me order 5 red and white ornaments about 2 feet in diameter plus 3 metal gnomes about 3 feet high. Some people are lucky and shop like money grows on trees. He must love Xmas and have a mansion. Not unheard of if he's staying on property at the Bellagio. We had breakfast next door for $33 per person and I only purchased a tea towel in there for fur bebe's vet. It had puppies and kitties on it in a Xmas motif. Everything Xmas was on display. Whimsy, bling, animated and blown glass to add a sparkling touch to your home or office. read more

Stopped by to see their ornaments and Christmas decor, purchased 2 ornaments and when we were buying them the employee never said a word to either myself or husband. There were 2 employees, one rung us up and the other wrapped them. I guess they were too busy talking amongst themselves. read more

We were not greeted like the other guests were when we entered. And no one asked us if we needed help at all. Just wanted to be clear with why this store is getting two stars. They do have a lot of really cute things, Christmas is in full swing here: trees, ornaments and all-- but sadly, the spirit of joy is not. There were three older women that I could see working in the front while we browsed. The store was full of people walking in and out both doors: the one by the garden and the one near the breezeway but for some reason, every time I looked up, some employee was less than three feet away pretending to dust with her fingers but really just waving at the air, or moving a small box just a liiiiiitle to the left and then a biiiit more to the right. One creeper even had her phone camera on while she stood nearby and watched us shop. When she saw me watching her right back, she pulled her phone to her chest and pretended that she wasnt trying to photograph anything. She just opened her booklet-style phone case and her camera magically appeared and that camera just so happened to have the zoom function on all by itself for a few minutes. Yeah, yeah, thats it. Thats the ticket. Concerning behavior, especially in a store that sells items that are made in every part of the world except the US. Gemstones from Africa and South America, Buddha statues from India and elsewhere in Asia, ornaments from Germany... I mean the list goes on and on. I really enjoy the types of products that this store sells. We collect a lot of the things they carry; but actions speak louder than words. Sure, we found items we liked, but we skipped buying them because of how those shady ladies were behaving. Diversity training and customer service classes might help these employees serve their customers better. It is uncomfortable and stressful for anyone to shop in a place where they feel unjustifiably blamed and unwanted. Again, we would have made a purchase from here but we don't support people who judge others based off their ignorant misperceptions and xenophobic opinions. read more

This is a wonderful little shop behind the beautiful conservatory and botanical garden in Bellagio. It's a MUST visit place for us all the time when we are at Bellagio. You can find so many beautiful gift ideas for your loved ones and of course for yourself. Prices are not for the light hearted ones, but they do have items with discounted prices. Look at the back walls in the shop! I value their unique gifts. They are very precious and very unique to me. The service is very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, you can get 20% employee discount (must have proof of eligibility, like hotel employees, industry employees, limousine chauffeur, casino employees, etc.) Can't wait to go shop again! read more

Located within the Bellagio, this is a great spot to get a few gifts that are a bit out of the ordinary for Las Vegas. It's mostly stuff that you can put in your garden, but a lot of can also be used indoors. There is a ton of interesting things here like wind chimes, glass goodies, and other things of that nature. This is your kind of store if you like: whimsy, knick-knacks, pretty things, frou-frou things, decorative things, feminine things, ceramic, pottery, room/body perfumes, art and garden items. Not your kind of store if you don't like any of the above or on a budget...if you are, just keep walking and skip this store because you are bound to purchase something. Normally I'm cheap and it's hard to separate money from said fist, however Giardini Garden Store made it impossible for me to walk out there without spending some bucks! Not only are the items cute, the presentation in the store made it hard to leave without buying something...anything. I'm with Anu M on her review saying that if you find something and you want it, just buy it! There was another review who voiced some regret at not having purchased a piece of Amethyst when he/she had the chance. I know how that feels, so I went ahead and got three items: Owl notebook, owl coin purse and a zippered owl bag; total cost set me back around $80 but so worth it! Esteban was very friendly and spent time and care wrapping up my purchases although they were not breakable items. A definite "must return" and "must shop" next time we are back in Las Vegas and visiting the Bellagio. I wish they had an online store, but then you wouldn't be able to experience the magical little shop filled with dreamy items. read more

I wanted to purchase 2 snowing lamps but the gentleman at the cash register said they cannot ship it to my home and they do not have a website. He seemed a bit irritated that I asked and was very short with me. Not sure why me trying to purchase $700 worth of products is a bothersome for him. read more

What a gorgeous store located inside the bellagio hotel. The Xmas decorations inside were gorgeous and there were some unusual Xmas tree ornaments in there. I purchased a humming bird tree ornament which was really pretty. read more

This store is great. After walking the strip, you start to see the same items/shops over and over again. It was very refreshing to go in here and see so few 'repeat' items. The store is small but has all sorts of beautiful items at all price points. From $20 to $2000, there's literally something for every budget and we felt welcome despite being on the very low end of that spectrum! I ended up finding an item I wanted to purchase but the one on the shelf had a bit of a defect. The woman helping me looked in the computer and saw that they had another on inventory, and offered to check their stock room which was much appreciated! It took her a couple minutes but she did find it and it was in better shape! She also packaged it up for me very well for transport home. Great items AND great service! I will be back! read more

I had fun wandering around and in a couple situations trying to justify a purchase for a particular home improvement idea. Why would I give a 4-star to this little specialty store, where every item is ridiculously overpriced? .... because it has the most inviting décor, very unique ornaments and in the perfect location in the garden of the fabulous Bellagio! I loved the store so much, that I went back for a second look after playing, in case I was just awe-stricken the first time. No, definitely it is a beautiful store, ornaments large and small are exquisite, and abundant! They had many famous brands like Michael Aram, and Mackenzie-Childs, etc.. So many knickknacks, Santa's, and little decorative trees... This store is a feast to the eyes and all that is Holiday-ish and festive! I had the Good Fortune to visit the GiaGardina store possibly 5 years ago. They had decorated for the Christmas season. It was outstanding. I spent hours in the store looking at everything. They had a beautiful Advent Christmas musical calendar. I kept going back to stare at it. I should have bought it, I kicked myself several times for not buying it then. Last year I called maybe one . the store and was fortunate to get a lovely employee on the phone. I told her it was there at her store for 5 years ago, she volunteered to take pictures of the ones that they had and in the store at that time. Unfortunately they weren't the ones I was looking for. I was so grateful for her for going that extra mile. I still look for that advent calendar. It was so beautiful. I'm determined to find one.. read more

We always make Giardini Garden Store a stop when visiting Belagio & can't seem to ever walk out of there empty-handed Last year, got the cutest MacKenzie Childs checkered christmas tree plate & another MC bunny ornament. This year, found an adorable enameled Honey Bee ornament. Each of the sections of the bee moved separately so it looked like the bee was completely mobile & actually moving in real life. Very cute! They sell all kinds of cool & unique things - potpourri, table fans shaped like animals, fridge magnet pads ( we got a Hummingbird one for Mom this yr ), all kinds of holiday ornaments, any knick knack you can think of, these people probably have it Right beside the Chihuly Store & around the corner from Jean Phillippe's World Record-setting chocolate fountain, this little gem of a shop is worth a visit read more

I went to Vegas, with my husband and kids on a trip that was meant for us and my mother and father in law. My mother in law was super excited. We live in another state and this was us meeting in the middle after the pandemic. She suddenly passed away, the month before our trip and we have been devastated. We came on the trip anyway, to get out of our misery and the Bellagio garden was a whimsical beautiful array of Tibet prayer and uprising Phoenix (which my husband has tattooed for his family on his arm) the tranquil music had me choked up and then I saw her (she is a hummingbird) who visits us.... The ornament of ornaments and we always get one on our trips, it's a tradition. Beautiful and as I payed I was overcome with emotion. I just started crying and telling the cashier and manager about what was going on. Ed, the manager... what a nice man. He took me aside and asked me about my stay. He offered us a token of his sympathy which he never had to do. I was so touched by this experience and I will never forget it. I feel our trip is complete and the message is clear that we are not alone. Thank you. I will look at this ornament forever and remember Ed and the cashier for they were truly wonderful and the experience was just a blessing. read more

Lesson I've learned during my travels: If you like something, just buy. Don't wait until you come back the next day. Either your plans change or whatever you wanted to buy isn't available anymore. I should have followed it when I saw a beautiful mermaid made of ceramic at Giardini. I didn't buy it when I first saw it and when I came back the next day it was gone! The store has other pretty collectibles too, certainly a place worth checking out when you are in bellagio. read more
