Naturally this raised concerns about identity theft and wondering if someone else is applying for insurance in our names. The main office said they would put a note in the file for no future contact. Other online reviews for the listed phone number in the letter stated that they harass people with phone calls at all hours trying to sell insurance. Not customer oriented!
