They scheduled us several weeks out from our call and all seemed fine until the day Cape Cod Septic Services was due to arrive. We were told to expect the truck between 8 and 11 so work schedules and such were arranged so someone was home. At 9 the office calls to say the driver is ill and the job will be done tomorrow/Saturday morning between 8 and 10. Guess what - after changing plans for yet another day no one comes, no one phones and calls made are not returned. We thought perhaps we got the message wrong and they would be coming Monday morning. If you're thinking -they didn't show again - you would be correct and still no phone call returning our calls from Saturday nor any explanation as to why no one showed.
