The tank cover was not reinstalled correctly and I sit here today 9 months later with a tank full of dirt. This time when I called and left a message I did not get a return call. I called again 3 hours later and they said they would call me in the morning. Never called! I called several times this morning and could not get through. It is now late afternoon and no response. I called a competent company and they returned my call and sent a technician out before CC Septic has even talked to me. The service is terrible and the technicians incompetent! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called Monday and was told someone came by at 7:30 am and had several reasons they couldn't do it. Nobody called, texted or emailed me or rang a doorbell or knocked, and they had my number and email and must have seen my doorbell. They told me between 10:00 to 12:00 am would be the arrival time. After he left, I looked online and it was about $75 of chemicals. I called up to complain and the company escalated it internally and responded by refunding $100. It was fine result in the end, but left me wondering how many other customers dramatically overpaid and did not complain? So word-to-the-wise, don't get upsold on the chemicals. Refuse the offer and go buy it elsewhere at different online retailer or Home Dept or whatever.
