First time there today. It was a smooth exchange. The woman in the booth was nice. I will go there again.

My boyfriend called about a airbag part the lady he spoke with said they had one in stock. He sent…read moresomeone to get the part and come to find out they would have to walk the lot and find it themselves. Cars stacked on top of each other and when the person finally located the truck it didn't have what he needed. Spoke with owner and he said that girl doesn't know what she is talking about. I'm having to give a 1 star because it won't let me give 0. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The red hair lady in the photo trying to hide her face, Stephanie, told me that they had a specific…read morepart that I was looking for. So I agreed to come and get it and she agreed also to let me purchase it (Because I understand that's a lot of work to pull the part and not buy it) and then if it was not the correct part, she would refund my money. I get there and she says she doesn't have the vehicle that she told me she had on the phone. But that another model has the exact same part. No worries, I decide to try that part but she was not going to allow me to see it first. But she then makes an amendment to our agreement and said that she wouldn't let him pull the part until I verified it was the correct part. A part which unless removed, you cannot see. Here's where the problem began. I then say that's not what we agreed on and she says she talked to her manager and he changed it. I then ask for her manager, she says he's gone. I hope if you are reading this you are beginning to see the BS!? Then she starts trying to ignore me and the whole time she was EXTREMELY RUDE! As if the whole thing was my fault. I mean, "The customer is NEVER right," right? Then she begins talking with another person who worked there who appeared to be the manager, and I said is that the manager? To which they both replied, "WE ARE ALL IN CHARGE." At this point I realized that it wasn't going to end well. Long story short I continue to try and reason with them to let me buy the part but they refused my money, continued to treat me like s#%! to the point where the other guy asks me, "Who are you?" Confused I reply, "THE CUSTOMER!" He gets upset and says that doesn't matter and tells me to leave. At that point I questioned whether or not it was because I'm a black man. The encounter had several racial hallmarks... the attitude (Stephanie AKA Karen), the condescending tones, the impatience, the disregard for service, the dirty looks, etc. SMH I WILL NEVER DO BUISINESS HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE... THAT YOU DONT EITHER! And oh BTW: She had the nerve to try and say, "You have a blessed day," after that... to which I simply replied, "Don't try to bring GOD into this."
