This unit has been noisy and constantly running so this is why I called another company, Davis H&C... SO glad I did. Cory was the tech sent out and he immediately identified the fan motor being the issue, helped me sort out the thermostat problem I was having (found the batteries corroded in there) AND Cory asked if I'd had the unit serviced anytime recently and being that I had just the month prior, He showed me what he'd found once he opened the unit outside: a huge, petrified, fried rat that had been electrocuted there as well as years of cobwebs. So that told me I was totally ripped off by the other company (McNeese). So glad to get such fast response, help, advise and repair of my unit at a good price!! Best accolades to Cory for being such a great HVAC expert!

Spring Hill Heating and Air was not the least expensive, but I had used them in the past so decided to keep my business with them on this project. As a REALTOR in the area, I have to recommend companies such as this often. I MUST SAY I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT IN THE FUTURE! The tech was to order a new pump and install it as part of the agreement. They came to replace the pump and it did not fit the space. (you would think a professional company would measure that prior to trying to install) The tech called the company and they told him to put the old pump back on and to tell me that they were just doing the new one as a courtesy anyhow... LOL... I am so tired of companies trying to convince homeowners of things that are just not true. I was told the pump was part of the deal. I even ask the question to the owners son in law and was told it was. So, Spring Hill and Air, You have lost my trust and I will find someone else to do my service work and installations . SHAME ON YOU!

I was told there was a part that was on its last-leg and they quoted me a price to fix it, but of course there was also an offer to buy in to a package for more services. Long story short, we contacted someone else who came out in two hours, fixed it the part, and we saved quite a bit of money. We were quoted over $200 for the part from Spring Hill and it was only $130 from another local service.

Kyle from Golden Plumbing came out, installed the new faucet but found the problem was in the connection (previous plumber) and fixed it. He was intelligent, professional, courteous, and neat.
