I checked in to my room and they left me 2 towels for the whole week. Some rooms have premium channels while others have just basic programming even the services are owned by us. Our training is always set for downtown Dallas which gives us 30 mins in the morning to get breakfast , eat, and be outside for the van ride. It's the same lunch everyday while the people doing training at the actual CFL get a choice. Not a pleasant experience, I would rather stay at a hotel.

Even when I didn't quite understand the directions. Whoever the guy is that's their during the day and answers the phone....complete jerk!!! Incredibly disrespectful, condescending and rude. If you have any questions don't bother calling and asking during the times that he's there. He will treat you like an idiot, and the minute you stand up for yourself he will deny you your classes. "Get a refund through your bank" is what he told me. I had to get my probation officer involved and call to get it sorted out and squared away with him. Not to mention. Called me over and over and over again and then threatened to report me FOR HARASSMENT for replying back to emails he was sending!!! When I said I was going to come up there to try to talk to somebody else he took it as me wanting to come and fight. This guy was ready to fight me for wanting to talk to someone else other than him!!!!! This program is here to help people and get them through probation. But if you don't feed this guy's power trip/ego or let him treat you like absolute dog shit, don't bother. I had to wait to make a review till I was off probation in fear of retaliation. Everywhere I read about this company the same thing pops up. How rude and disrespectful this guy is. I don't know if he's the owner of the company or who the owner is.... But they really should sit in and listen to how their employees treat people that try to come in and purchase these services

I was accused of quite a few things that were uncalled for and personal insults. He ended up ending the call without any type of professionalism and I'm sure his report is going to be unfair and biased. I paid $70 to basically have someone misunderstand and misinterpret me on an evaluation...then call my PO, who I have no idea yet what he said to her. I literally admitted to violating my probation and was still told I don't take responsibility for my actions and blame everyone else!?? I have a terrible drug problem, its my own decisions that led me to where I am...how is that blaming anyone else??? I told my PO I violated my probation and used drugs before today without any prompting or trying to get away with it. But when I told Victor I had a beer, he said that was another violation. Thats where things began to go South. I explained that I didn't realize it was and no where on my Conditions does it even mention alcohol. It literally says to refrain from using and possessing marijuana and any other illicit drugs and illegal substances. I simply tried explaining that if it WAS a violation, I wasn't aware and actually checked before I had the drink. If it IS, then it is my fault for not understanding my conditions correctly...which is MY Fault. Yet I'm blaming others according to him?! All things considered, save your time and money as I am sure there are plenty of other places that are fair and professional.

She plays math games with the instructors, has worksheets, and has a binder specifically for her math based learning. They charge monthly, based on the number of times your child goes. The typical child goes three times a week. It's not crowded at all, and they are open on Saturdays :)
