One time when I visited I wanted to see the POB binder and it was during an event so I was told by staff that u can't see the binder when there's an event going on. Idk if this is the case now cuz today there was no event going on. But still this concept doesn't make sense: Usually during events it's crowded with alot of fans and consumers so don't u want to let consumers buy POBS that are available to buy for better promotion, sales, and marketing? Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable.
