I ultimately had my regular A/C technician evaluate the unit. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added one pound of Freon for $180, and the A/C immediately returned to normal operation. One week later, I have had no issues. While Ryan was very courteous, the diagnosis and recommendation were significantly inaccurate.
