I bought a new house and had an issue where the AC upstairs would come on with so much air that things started blowing around the room. Dave came out super quickly to take a look and found that there was a 2 stage 2 ton unit dedicated to the 2 bedrooms. I asked him to disable the second stage. He seemed a little unsure when I started asking technical questions so I could understand what he was changing, but eventually told me all of the details of how he was changing the wiring.
