They seem to always have availability but I do try to call 1 to 2 days before just to make an appointment. The rooms are clean and they have soothing asian instrumental music playing. The ladies there are nice and they focus on areas that are tight and with knots. They usually ask if you want the pressure to be medium or hard. My recent trip she started the massage and told me to let her know if the pressure was too much. Overall i always feel better and more relaxed afterwards. But be warned they do massage your butt.

I went and had a 2 hour massage. The therapist was not good despite thinking he was. This does work when partnered with actual massage techniques but just a light lotion rub and then that didn't release my muscles at all. I he barely got 1/2 of me and I didn't feel worked on at all, back felt worse when I left. My arms, feet, scalp, and legs were barely touched if at all!!! I got 2 hours so my whole body could be relaxed and worked on. Then the front desk lady just kept asking me about packages and overall it was one of the worst massages I've had and I won't be back.
