I also had 3 rewards, a plus! I won't lie, I was a little upset when I found out the body butters were no longer included for rewards purchased and they raised the price to $20.95. I'm not blaming the store but I wanted to share that! The service was great! Everyone working was helpful and greeted us when we approached them. One gentleman even search the entire store to see if I could get a watermelon fruit fusion body cream but they were sold out. I don't usually like fruit smells but this one was giving. I do feel like they downscaled their inventory in the store or they just needed a major restock. Luckily we were able to get everything we needed but the one body cream. Oh and I also couldn't get my body butter because they were excluded from the rewards now. On a positive note, I'm glad they're extending the book loft scent into other items because that's my in home smell. It's woodsy and I live for it! They also have their Halloween scents in stock so I had to stock up on vampires blood! Check this place out!

His products are decent price and carries some things others don't. My family needed help in a bad situation and he knew exactly what to do. Needless to say the situation has reached a solution and things are a lot better and peaceful. Edwin is patient and a good listener, but he will call it like it is. If you are use to these other people just taking your money telling you constantly you need a cleanse, they may be right but you have to trust them. Edwin will always try to find a cost effective solution and his genuine intension is to help his customers. Rule of thumb is to go in with an opened mind, and be genuine when you are asking for what you want. You have to believe before you see. Had to take a 2nd trip to Home Depot because the lock nuts I bought at the other one didn't fit…read moreeven though I screwed the original nut on the sample screws they had. I went one size up to an #8-32 so we'll see. This is a different Home Depot than my last visit and I have to safe it was a much better experience. When I walked in I was greeted instantly my customer service where I did my return. The return was easy and quick. I was greeted a second time when walking the aisles looking for the item I needed. It would be so nice if all the Home Depot's had the same basic layout so it took a little while to find the bolts. Check out was quick, there was no line and I did self checkout. The girls working self checkout were very friendly and also greeting customers as they entered the store. I always appreciate great customer service. Hopefully these bolts fit!
