However last time i was here i purchased an adjustable heat battery for cartridge use that stopped working properly 3 weeks in. Came in and told the man at the desk about it and he troubleshooted it for me and determined there was in fact something wrong but it seemed to be a charging issue. He offered to charge it at the store for me so i could come back and for sure know if that was the issue but i decided to buy a new charger. He offered the charger at a discounted price of $3 and also gave me for free a replacement pen (of cheaper make) in case my battery was in fact defective. Excellent service!! My battery did still work it turned out to be a charger issue and now i have 2 batteries :)

On a different visit, I was charged $40, paid with $50, and again did not receive any change back. This happened more than once with the same OLD MAN PEDO cashier, which makes it feel intentional. When I noticed, he didn't seem to care. I will not be returning and would advise others to double-check their change carefully.

I read up all the former reviews that this mystic shop holds up its 5-star ratings. I can see how. As I entered the store, the store clerk greeted me without haste. I then continued taking my time to browse crystals and gems. I found out they sold positive words of encouragement for collecting those pretty gems, so i went for a stack of 7 piece of positive word gems. Service: 5/5~Efficient, inviting and super friendly. I'll be back if i need more candles or something in the future. For now, i'm satisfied with this newfound stack of word gems. Ambiance: 5/5~the clerk turned on relaxing music for customers to enjoy while shopping. Thought that was clever and enticing. I enjoy going to The Sacred Journey store in the Canyon Crest Town Center for some me time. Every…read moretime I am browsing throughout the shop, I am filled with a sense of peace and belonging. I know when I go in here, it's like an escape from the harsh realities of the outside world. Here I feel safe to be in contemplative thought and with a relatively quiet environment, it feels nice to not have to force conservation. To cheer myself up, I treat myself to a crystal every once in a while. I carefully read the labels that they have in their selection, and pick crystals based on what I resonate with most. The look is also really important to me as it is symbolic, I am a fan of quirky shaped crystals.
