I've ordered from them before and didn't have an issue, but this time it was a terrible experience. I ordered a gift that was meant to be a wedding gift. 2 weeks went by, the website still said my order was "in process," but I got an email from their customer service saying the item I ordered was out of stock and would not be coming back. I replied to the email letting them know it was unacceptable that they took 2 weeks to figure out it was out of stock, that it was meant as a wedding gift, and was there any way they could send me a promo code for free expedited shipping so I could order something else in time for the wedding. It has been 7 days since I sent that email and I have received no reply from anyone and my account is still listing the order as "in process," which is utterly ridiculous. Very unprofessional and disrespectful company who does not fulfill their promises. Order placed on 12/14/21 and order confirmation stated it would go into production right away. Website states production can take 1-3 days and shipping is typically 6-8 days. Never received any shipping or delivery information. Followed up on 12/22/22 and website stated my order will go into production in 3-5 days?!?!!! I emailed customer support who refused a cancel/refund and stated they put my order to the "back of the production line" because I didn't pay for any "upgrade options". So 8 days later my order is 3-5 days out of production because I opted for standard shipping. I ordered a customized Urn for our dog that passed away. Loved the product. They indicated that the shipping date was 4/4/2023. However, Fedex delivery showed they got package on 4/5/23. Fedex shipped product to various locations facilities. They then moved shipment to US Postal Service on 4/13/23. I will see if this package arrives in the next day or so. However, ordering a product 4/3/23 and waiting to receive it on 4/13/23. I guess, it would be nice if I was told that it would take 10 days to get my purchase delivered. read more

But this is one of those companies that either DOES sell you information or does nothing from protecting your information from being accessed by scammers/hackers. I started to receive scam calls as soon as I placed the order and had to start blocking entire area codes to make them stop. I placed the order on the 23rd and got 4 scams that day. The whole order process was an ordeal. Can't order multiple sizes online with the same customized print - have to order one and then call them to order the rest, then another call to pay once they calculate how much... production and shipping took longer than stated on website, so shirts weren't received on time. paid out of pocket to have the shirts forwarded to us just to find out they short shipped by 1 shirt, that's after numerous emails back and forth and assurances they will double check before shipping. They did make this right and overnighted us the 1 missing shirt, so i comment them for that. The shirts themselves were fine - good print quality. read more

I thought I bought something really nice for my three daughters. Customized beach towels with their names and custom items. When it arrived it was not a towel. It doesn't absorb water at all. It was cheap and poor quality. Please beware of ordering from this company. And customer service could care less about my concerns. She actually told that she didn't like the their towels, because they shed water and it doesn't absorb water. Her name is Tanni, she said there's nothing she could do. Finally she told me she would refund my money if I returned them at my expense. I spend 50$ on 3 custom towels and to return them is what another 20$. So either way I'm screwed! They're beautiful and very sturdy, and the stakes are a perfect length especially for something that will hold up at the cemetery for my loved ones! I have ordered a father's day tees for my husband on 6/10 and the website guaranteed to delivered on or before fathets day, 6/21. I have paid extra charges for fast delivery. As of today i have not received any package from them and when i went online to check the status, the estimated delivery time is showing 6/23. They shipped it on 6/19 in a regular mail rather than sending express. It is such a disappointments for me and my kids as we all were very excited. This site spoiled all our father's day surprise. I ordered from this company. First I had to email them to get my shipping order. Then found out my order was shipped back to them due to them putting down the wrong address. After supposably fixing the error, they resent the order. Again no email on the shipping order. I called and was told it was again being resent back to the company. I was told they would refund my money. But guess what. They don't refund your shipping you paid. So they screw up and they scam you on the shipping. I bought two pillowcases that have writing across the front, so the pillows can only lay a certain way on the bed. Both pillowcases open to the left instead of one opening to the right. When I realized I never received tracking (12/14), I pulled up my order and it said the items would ship in 4-6 days, but it had been longer than that, so I reached out to customer service, who you can only reach out to by email. The rep said that one of the items did not turn out correctly, so they had to remake it. Why didn't they tell me that? Why did I have to reach out to them to find this out?? So, I asked them to ship it quicker so I would get it in time, but they did not. So, I didn't receive them before leaving for my dad's house in another state (12/21) so I could not give them as Christmas gifts as I had intended.
