The customer service at SG is outstanding. If there are any issues with oos items they are there to show you alternatives. If you ever need to make any changes to an order, they try their best to accommodate your request. The quality of the products is also great. you do not. i repeat. do not. be so horrible to a customer who spent over $1000 on an emergency for their business, only to sell them a faulty product, and scam them out of a whole day and make them nearly miss picking up their child from school. you are a fraud operation, and i'm taking you down. Although Specialty Graphics does have vinyl by the foot, if you need it by a specific date, do not order from these guys. I paid $20 on a $40 order for 2 day shipping because I needed the vinyl in two days. They shipped it ground and I will not have it for a week. Because it will take so long to arrive, I won't even be able to use it, but all they are willing to do is refund the 2 day shipping. I think that is pretty crappy! read more

We specialize in supplies and equipment for apparel decorating, sign making and crafting. We are an authorized distributor for Siser North America, Chemica, FDC Graphic Films, Roland, Graphtec and other quality manufacturers. We are an online business and not a retail store. Local customers can place an order online and choose the "Customer Pickup" shipping option. We will have the order pulled and ready for pickup in 1 hour between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.

The store itself always seems cramped, and displays in the middle of the aisle make it difficult to navigate. Perhaps they should think about expanding, as they clearly do not have enough room for the little merchandise they offer.

I live in the Chicago area and have previously ordered my vinyl needs from businesses out of state as I wasn't aware that Specialty Graphics not only is in the Chicago area, but only about 30 minutes from my home. I placed my first order with them Monday and picked it up the following day. You can typically place an order online and pick it up one hour later! Such a convenience, but more than that....they are such kind and wonderful people! I use both HTV and permanent vinyl in the products that I make and when I inquired about a particular manufacturer and if they carry it, they don't...but they do carry another manufacturer's product and gave me 2 (full sized) samples to try. I'm a strong supporter of buying local from small businesses wherever and whenever possible and this company definitely has my support! I have ordered from Specialty Graphics multiple times and have been more than happy with my experiences. Their website is simple to navigate and I appreciate the large selection of color choices as well as the close ups of the colors. I have found them to be very accurate which is super helpful! I am fortunate to live close enough to go into the store and pick up my order, I really appreciate how convenient they have made that process. I purchased various colors of the FDC 4200 & FDC 4300 Series Vinyl Sheets from Specialty Graphics Supply. These vinyl sheets are the perfect size for the Silhouette machine. They are thick enough to make sturdy projects but not so thick it will kill your Silhouette blade. I'm using these sheets to make baby bibs. I can make two infant bibs from one sheet or one toddler bib from a single sheet. I use the Silhouette to make fancy edges but you can easily cut these sheets with a scissor and create a clean edge. Before purchasing from Specialty Graphics Supply I had searched the internet for the best pricing on this size sheet in a specific thickness. Specialty Graphics had the best price and fastest shipping! Their website was easy to navigate and they had lots of color choices in the vinyl I needed. Specialty graphics is wonderful. They have a super selection and great prices. I'm also VERY GRATEFUL for their very transparent and honest shipping policies--they give the customer options, but make sure you are totally informed about the time it may take for each option. Their staff is also super friendly and answered my questions quickly, even after telling me where I could find the answering the website. She told me so I'd have a reference for next time, but she didn't make me wait to find the the answer on my own. I placed a recent order late on a Tuesday (11PM) and FedEx was at the door with it on Thursday morning. Their prices are great, their customer service is terrific and their products are top quality. I HAVE to get my kids' uniform stuff here, so I'm stuck. The uniform clothes are made of some icky polyester blend instead of cotton. The sizing of the clothes makes no sense as my 8 year old is now wearing a size 12 in their stuff and a 8 in all other clothes. I have come in here looking for a specific size only to find that they don't have it. When I ask if they will be getting in it, I've been told to leave my phone number and they will call me when it comes in. Well, I'm still waiting for a call for those shorts I wanted last fall. They do have some unique stuff if you are looking for a gift for a teenager - jewelry, slippers, lots of stuff with Wheaton North and Wheaton Warrenville South on it. So if you have plenty of time, you should shop for that stuff here. Otherwise, see if you can get your uniform stuff at another store or better yet from Lands End. If you are doomed to the uniform experience, make sure you bring a book or something else to kill the time you waste standing around waiting for help.

We were in the area and decided to stop by and shop for our expecting little one. Once Upon A Child…read moreis known for being the kiddo's version of a Plato's closet where you can resell gently used items and new items. We came in shopped around, we were sticker shocked at some of these prices because we have seen better prices at a Burlington, and what not but wanted to give them a try. That being said, we did end up finding a few great deals after digging around. They have a $10 for 10 onesies area where we were able to find a bunch of newborn onesies in great condition. A lot of their toys, and walkers were super high priced for a resale and with missing pieces. The other thing is that we had little to no interaction with the staff, but the little interaction we did have they were actually very brunt and rather rude for no reason. I overheard a few conversations with others and they did get a bit snippy. Not sure we'll be back to this location, but if you're looking for a deal on gently used items, and have the time to dig around you're bound to find a few great things.
