Case in point, it was one of the best haircuts I've actually ever had, I left a 25% tip and honestly wish I could afford to leave more! Angela is not only an amazing artist, but also a spectacular presence in general. Absolutely positively do not allow these people to do your eyelashes. The bride and three bridesmaids got eyelashes, and it was a mess. There was too much glue, and the chic basically stuck them in and kept it moving, no trimming. She covered her botch jobs with mascara, but no one was fooled. We had to fix her disasters by buying eyelash kits and using that glue to fix the situations.

She showed me a couple of swatches showing me a dark brown one and I said I didn't want to go dark. I also showed her a sample picture of the color I wanted. She then showed me two swatches- a medium brown and a light brown saying she was going to mix them so my hair wasn't too dark or too light. So my hair came out almost black. I stated it was way too dark and she said it would lighten when I washed it, but there was no way it was going to lighten to my original color. She stated we never discussed a light brown color. She then stated she could 'malibu' it but I refused because I was crying about how terrible my hair looked and just wanted to leave. I called the manager Nika and she was very understanding. Nika stated she talked to Mckenzie and she had used a gel color which usually comes out darker (throughout this process multiple stylists told me they would not have used a gel) She was able to get me in after closing the next day to fix the color with Mandy. My hair was bleached and then color put over it, it came out to be a dark chestnut color (still lighter than the color Mckenzie put in). I was still dissatisfied with my color because it wasn't as light as I wanted but Mandy stated she wanted to do it in cycles not to ruin my hair. It also has an orange hue to it. I also had to pay for the color fix. No follow up call from the manager making sure I was satisfied and no follow up offering the next cycle to get my hair to where I had originally requested it. So clearly not the best experience. Hopefully I can find a place that has professional colorists and doesn't make the customer feel like it's their fault if the color comes out wrong.

After seeing a hair professional I was told that my hair were BADLY damaged. I recently booked an appointment with someone new at this salon after hearing the previous girl quit. The worst decision of my life I went in for a haircut originally. She suggested a perm and I questioned the health of my hair. She assured me multiple times it was just fine and she "does this all the time" Tiffany, I pray you don't. I am left with hair so damaged I have no clue where to start. I have a BALD SPOT on the front if my head. How am I supposed to cover or re grow that?? 1. The hair cut was pretty bad, the layers weren't blended AT ALL. 2. My hair was literally burned off I have a BALD SPOT 3. She used a $20 treatment without letting me know then "apologized" for charging me All after me tipping her VERY generously for a cut the day before. I am left with a mess that will cost me thousands to repair.

Servicescape: From the exterier the salon has a plesant look, and is actually pretty cute. However, when you step inside you probably will have mixed emotions. The salon has a mix between salon/salon school feel to it. With that said, though, some of the staff are really nice and do try to help you feel welcome. In terms of new products or latest trends the salon is limited (i.e. no new keratin treatments, express blowout's, etc.). Overall, a nice place to stop by when you are in need of a quick touch up. z-)
