Food sucks we got a breakfast burrito and it has no seasoning and so bland. Coffee sucks.

The desert is full of things you can't hold on to - light and heat and sand that slips through your fingers like friendships you once had. Al Riske   I usually don't eat at gas stations but it was New Year's Day and the options were limited.  Gila Bend Food Mart was open and arriving at 11:30am the food in the warming trays seemed fresh.  Pork ribs were smoked with mesquite and available dry rubbed or with added sauce.  I ordered them without sauce.  5 ribs for $17 was a bit too large a lunch for me and I saved one for later.  Ribs were tender and I liked the smoky aroma and dry rub.  Not as good as my fav Arizona bbq joint Rudy's Bbq but this was the best meal I've had from a gas station. On road trips to Scottsdale we usually drive through Gila Bend or make a quick stop at a fast food joint.  I'm glad we stopped at Gila Bend Food Mart.  Maggie enjoyed the pizza.  Rest rooms were very clean.  Employees nice.  There is a colorful selection of pots and yard ornaments.  I picked up a pot with a cool cactus design.  Next time I think I'll try their wings. read more

We always stop here to use the basically clean bathrooms and get snacks. The food items such as the pizzas, chicken fingers and the like I would stand behind, as my wife and kids (who have weaker stomachs than myself) have never gotten sick from consuming the food. A fine place to stopover worth looking into. read more

I was in Gila Bend for work.....it was recommended for food....this is a gas station with a nice lineup of food....the person who referred me sod to try the BBQ ribs but they were all sold out so I opted for a couple of their red burritos and they were actually quite tasty. They had a lot of different items but I stuck to just the one. Service was friendly and the store very clean....including the restroom. If your passing through Gila Bend I recommend it. read more

Definitely wasn't very impressed with the store or the staff when I went in the other day. I went in and grabbed a few cold drinks, ice, and a styrofoam cooler. I can't believe they charge over $13 for a piece of styrofoam.... ridiculous! The ice was rock hard, just wanted regular crushed ice. The 2 young employees were more concerned with their cell phones than tending to the customers. The only positive is that they have Chevron fuel. I'll probably skip this exit next time through. read more

The washrooms were disgusting. Urine on the floor in the men's and generally dirty. Outside doors of both bathrooms were filthy. In the Women's, the floor had long strips of toilet paper all over, wet paper towels were laid out over half the counter and one sink ( yes,people are pigs) and the wastebasket was overflowing. I can't guess how long it had been since it was emptied. The floor was also filthy, especially the corners - not just dirt but an accumulation of who knows what. At least 2 of the flavoured coffee machines dispensed only water. There was garbage over the floor where people had thrown their straw wrappers. The garbage there was also overflowing. A women preparing food kept coughing and coughing. The one lady at the till said she would clean the washroom right away but I don know how as there was a continuous lineup at the till. One person can't do all that. We won't be stopping there again. Not what we expect from Circle K. This place is a disaster. read more

My dad and I stop at this Gas Station every month on out way to and from Yuma to Phoenix. The bathrooms are always being cleaned and are spotless and they have a fantastic selection of cold drinks and hot food. They also have quite a selection of knick knacks and other food staples. read more

We asked locals in Gila Bend where to get lunch, and they sent us to the Texaco Station. Ribs are what its all about. The pork ribs are mesquite smoked with peppery rub. They are juicy with enough smoke and spice to enhance the pork without overpowering it. They also have ribs drenched in sauce, but we've never tried that. They also have wings and Mexican items, which are all good, but the ribs are worth a hefty detour. There are a few tables inside the food mart, and some picnic tables outside. Takeout is the common mode. The whole station and food mart is a sort of living tribute to the spirit of Route 66. They have about everything a traveler might want, and a few kitschy do-dads that you might not realize anyone sold these days. If you are in Gila Bend, there is a good chance it's because you're traveling. This is the place to stop. read more

Stopped at this Gas Station-Market for gasoline and food. My sweetheart and I were hungry for something different to eat as we traveled. So I Yelped and found This Place serves BBQ. Yes, Indeed, BBQ. So we pulled in.. sweetheart gassed up while I went in for food. Location was clean and workers pleasant. Food "table" was clean and found that they serve Tony Roma ribs... DELICIOUS and did not disappoint my sweetheart who can be quite unforgiving of bad food and service experiences. We will stop in again for some Bar-B-Que when out that way! read more

Honestly, cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a gas station. Props to the people who clean them!

I'm on my way from Buckeye, AZ to Tucson and I forgot to fill the tank before leaving Buckeye, whoops. I'm driving down the 85 toward Hwy 8 and am looking for an exit with both gas station at a reasonable price and a few fast food choices so I can grab some grub for the road at the same time. I see multiple options and exit. I pass a few other stations and pull into this Texaco station. I whip out my phone and the Yelp app, find this business and check in. Whoa, what's this?? SURPRISE SURPRISE... it's telling me get 10 cents off PER GALLON with check in, YOWZER!!!! This is the best check in offer I've ever gotten, YAY! I walk in and show my phone with the check in offer and sure enough when I get back to the pump, the price has dropped from $3.25 to $3.15 a gallon, SCHWEET! This is an interesting station, in that, it's a gas station with the usual mini-mart, but they also sell ornamental yard art, decorative water fountains, benches etc. I'm glad I chose to stop at this station rather than the others right next to the off ramp! read more

OMG you have to try the green chili shredded beef burritos!! Even if we don't have to stop for gas I have to stop for one of these! They are fresh and I think are homemade. They also have many other HOT items to choose from which look yummy but I'm hooked on the burrito :) Bathrooms are generally clean, they have fun things out in front of the store to purchase for your yard which I love to check out while there. Employee's are always nice and happy to see you. It's a great place to stop for gas or food in Gila Bend. Oh and when I checked in I received $.10 off per gallon of gas.. which just makes it a better place to stop! read more

OMG this place is surprisingly amazing food. When the lady at the hotel front office told me that the gas station delivered I questioned her? I'm so glad we ordered from here. Fast delivery and the pizza, wings, and cheese sticks were all excellent. We will definitely be stopping through again. I will never doubt gas station food (at least not this place) again. read more

First time I ever stopped here. They had a big banner advising that the NEW restrooms were located inside rather than have their own entrances. And indeed they (well the men's) looked brand shiny new. Apparently they were really new as I saw several people head over to where they used to be while I was eating my corn dog. I wonder if the Circle K being built across the street spurred that investment? They have a take out grill inside and patio tables outside. You can get burgers and pizza and stuff. Judging from the conversations at the counter a good portion of the customers were local. I will most likely stop here again as it is about half way between Glendale and Yuma. read more

I know my BBQ and I know I pizza. I am a well traveled truck driver from the heart of BBQ OK and had Hunts Point Pizza/call girl pizza in NYC. This isn't bad this side of the USA. A decent rub but definitely mesquite smoked ribs. Sauce a little thin for an Okie but a good showing. The pizza could be done a little more but cheesy and has the oregano a pizza lover wants..could have a little sweeter sauce for my liking and the real NCY DEAL. But over all worth a stop and hey they really deliver to the hotels here in town! 4 and half stars guys...friendly on the phone too read more

Excellent pizza with a fab crust. We were at the nearby KOA and had it delivered. Prompt service.

The service station was clean with friendly employees. We arrived around 10:00 and got a huge discount on their breakfast burritos. Contrary to other reviews, I wouldn't recommend it as a food destination , but at $1.00 each, the burritos were a good road snack. Most of their (not the breakfast burritos) burritos were deep fried, so if health is a concern, just buy the breakfast burritos. read more

Whenever we go through Gila we always stop here. We can trust it to have clean bathrooms and helpful customer service. The place is immaculate for being a convenience store. And it truly has been convenient when we've needed to grab food for the road. The ribs are fabulous! read more

I'm hooked on the spicy popcorn chicken!! Not only is it delicious, but eating in the car is no longer an exercise in juggling napkins and trying to grip the wheel with greasy fingers. These tender little morsels are almost the perfect finger food, no mess, no grease and lots of flavor. The staff is friendly, helpful and Always SMILING!!! Drinks are well stocked in a huge variety and the other food choices are delicious, too. I never go through Gila Bend without stopping at this store!!! Keep up the good work, guys! read more

On Nov. 10th my nephew and I stopped in for gas and supplies. We topped off my 2014 Chevy Silverado and filled seven 5-gallon cans. I first noticed the pump I was at did not display all the prices. While topping off my truck I noticed the other pumps did not display all the prices either. The pump I used leaked out the bottom and meter kept running even when handle released. Manager was unfriendly, condescending and generally uncooperative when I told him about situation. Needless to say we did not get other supplies there. read more
