He and I went over what I needed, took some measurements and got me on the schedule. I posted my most shocking photos because in the first set of photos, my son did not tell me he spilled something at his bedside. When I moved his bed over a bit, I was shocked! This spot did not phase Randy though. A Little elbow grease and he got it out. I also like the smell of whatever shampoo product he uses. I typically can't do smells because they give me a headache. However, my home finally smells like my home again!! I actually told Randy that my house smells like "garage" LOL IYKYK the other photos are of a grease stain from my washers motor blowing up. I honestly didn't think that one was going to come out. But Randy did get it out! Friendly, professional, affordable company. I will be using his service for now on. one of my biggest pet peeves when hiring a carpet company is the time they spend on cleaning. A local competitor was in and out of my home in just over an hour the last time I had my carpet cleaned. When they were finished, I thought, "dang that was quick." After it dried, I called the company back to come do it over again. It was terrible. But back to Yavapai Carpet Care...... Randy worked his butt off, took 2 hours to tackle my dirty carpet. I was astonished, said he was being rude, & then called office. No satisfaction about this, no customer service these days I guess. will say the initial visit improved the look & texture to sone degree. mind you, this home doesn't have folks living here or visiting etc with nasty footwear. just sayin'
