Brian took the screens off the vent and said it was the problem. He lied. The duct is still clogged. And he made it even worse using a water hose and a leaf blower pushing alot of debris back into our new dryer. We are seniors and have fixed incomes as it took us almost 2 years to get a new dryer and less then 10 minutes for Brian to destroy it! ***WE DO NOT RECOMMEND *** And they're unlicensed in the state of Arizona as we found out by filing a complaint with AZROC.
