I was astonished, said he was being rude, & then called office. No satisfaction about this, no customer service these days I guess. will say the initial visit improved the look & texture to sone degree. mind you, this home doesn't have folks living here or visiting etc with nasty footwear. just sayin'

I also had a few areas where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Nathan came over and gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it.
