In fact, I ran a silk scarf across the floors throughout my house with not a single snag - and this was BEFORE staining and finishing. During the process, Chris was always looking for ways to better enhance the final product. When I was having difficulty deciding between two stains, Chris applied them in multiple rooms and encouraged me to view them at different times of the day. After taking the time to listen to my thoughts the next day, he suggested two coats of stain to obtain the depth I was looking for (something other contractors will not do). When the roof was off i could definitely see some fascia rotting adn damage, so i get to do that myself now instead of when its easiest to do with the roof off....
