When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

When a representative from Air Duct came to my home, all went well until I pointed out one vent that was higher than all the others, about 20 ft. I was told they did not have a ladder long enough to reach that vent and that if I wanted his techs to clean it I'd have to rent the ladder for them to use. Obviously, that left a sour taste in my mouth. I would think that would be an integral piece of equipment needed for those situations, even if it were something they encountered rarely. Now I have a room full of vents that look practically brand new and one that looks very dirty. See pics. The other pics are of the ducts and coils where the techs did an excellent job. I hope this motivates Air Duct Pro to invest a couple hundred dollars in a ladder for those occasions their customers really need it.
