The cost was less than what I expected. They have a separate waiting area with a (clean) restroom, tv, free WiFi, and free water & coffee (they provide a Keurig with K-cups and even had decaf!). I had to come back the next day for alignment because I had to pick up my kids from school, but I explained to one of the staff that I needed to get out early enough to do so. The staff member got me out in plenty of time and scheduled me the next day for alignment (so they are willing to work around YOUR schedule when they can). They will also pick up your vehicle for free (within a certain distance) to work on it if you can't come to them. I definitely recommend them!

Shortly after that was repaired the car was having the same issue so we took it back. It was the motor mount again and he didn't even remember they was the ones who fixed it to begin with. When it was brought it to his attention that he's the one who put it in, he said they had used a cheap part so they were going to get a better quality part. We ended up have to pay for another part but he didn't charge us on the labor. We honestly don't know what he did cause a year and a half later it needed replaced again, the new mechanic said there's no way he changed it to begin with. When we first started going to him it was for minor issue but things kept going wrong with my car. It's a newer model, under 100,000 miles, still under 100,000. Well after the issue with the motor mount it wasn't long that my muffler went bad. We of course went to a different garage and got that repaired and have had no issues in a year and a half except for the motor mounts!! This man is a crook and a scam artist!! I was scared to drive it back to Florida Before getting it checked out. So I was googling call shops in the upper Kanawha Valley area and came across Bob's garage. I also asked for recommendations on Facebook. My cousin recommended me taking it to Bob's garage. So I gave them a call, Tammy the front desk receptionist was super friendly and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I brought my car there and they thoroughly checked it out top to bottom front end. They found out that it was a flex pipe issue. They fixed it and also repaired my tire which had a nail in it. I have been to many many businesses and this auto shop is by far the most friendly and efficient auto shop that I have been to. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here! I was traveling through Fayetteville on my way from Florida to Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, my brakes failed and I crashed into another vehicle. Fortunately the truck was still drivable but obviously needed the brakes repaired. The truck had to be towed. Before I even got to the shop, they had called River Expeditions (Amazing White water rafting place across the street) and had arranged for me to go up there and kill the day because I had my puppy with me. Josh (amazing and knowledgeable owner) and his amazing tech custom made new brake lines to replace the rusted ones, that basically exploded. Mind you, I had over $1000 in brake work done in Florida to make sure my vehicle was "safe" for the 1400 mile trek. These folks treated me like family and it was very refreshing. Josh's mother was running the office due to an illness with the usual office woman. She was amazing too! She takes a lot of "notes" to make sure nothing is forgotten. I have never had a car repair experience like this. I am being 100 when I say that. I can never thanks these folks enough. They had me safely back on the road in about 4 hours. They really look out for "travelers". Sooo friendly and proud of their business. I love it! So refreshing to know there are still amazing people in this world.
