From the start, the work was poor. Just two years later, my veneers began falling off, and over the years it's only gotten worse. Fast forward 13 years, and I'm now having to super glue one of my front veneers just to keep it in place. I recently called them to see if they could help after my veneer fell off. I came in hoping for at least a temporary fix, but all they did was take x-rays, charge me $90, and tell me it would cost $7,000 to replace the veneers. They wouldn't even reattach the veneer that had fallen off, not even as a temporary solution. What bothers me most is the complete lack of compassion. If they were able to do my veneers "under the table" when I was a minor with no resources, why now act like helping me with a small fix is out of the question? The experience felt more like a sales pitch than patient care. Save your time and money. Go somewhere that actually stands by their work and treats patients with respect.
