They had to grind it down to the nub and put cap on it. The billing is horrible as well. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Sending me a bill 6 months later and to find out they never billed my insurance companies. I keep calling every month, I receive a bill showing the charges and also they keep adding on collection fees. I never received 1 bill until 6 months later after treatment, even after I paid all my portions. I paid all my copays and paid for everthing not covered by my insurance, still getting bills even after I spoke with them and was told insurance has paid it all. This is the most incompetent company I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

Unfortunately, AFTER receiving the service and on the way out we were billed $212 instead of 100% coverage for in network preventative services. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
