I advised I did X-rays last week. They requested them from the other facility. The Dr. came in and advised me I need to reschedule because he had other patients waiting and he had no X-rays. The lady just said they were sending them over digital by the way. I told him I took off to come that is an inconvenience. He stated it wasn't his fault other people were waiting. Also they tried to get me to sign affidavit stating any services need to be paid at 50% before an appointment and if you don't cancel five days a head you forfeit your deposit. I refused. He told me he runs a busy and if I couldn't abide I need to go somewhere else. Contacted my other dentist from the parking lot was advised they had my records.

When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
