I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.

I had been going through 6 years of er visits, urgent care, specialists and former primary care for 9 years for horrible stomach issues but mainly the upper right quadrant pain. When everyone else kept turning me away and treating me as a hypochondriac, dr. Tsai did not...he did anything and everything and even more than I ever could have imagined. Two months ago, things got so severe I was praying to wake up and be with my family for another day...I've never felt so close to death. Immediately got me into urgent screening (even though their wait was two weeks) and a day later called the top surgeon and got me in...tests showed really nothing too bad but it was the exact opposite once they opened me up...one of the worst they have seen and have no idea how it's gone undetected for 6 years even just two days prior to my surgery. When you see him, he addresses everything even if you're there for one issue and he sees an issue like a cold, he won't let you go until he has checked everything to make sure you are leaving the office 100% Ontop of that, he has been so thoughtful as to check in with me every step of the way since I've been his patient to make sure I am okay. The patients are his #1 priority and care. I will stay with him for life! I could go on and on for a 10 page letter for him and how over the top wonderful this man is! I also have seen barb on multiple occasions and, wow oh wow..what a personality and sympathy she has for her patients..my husband is her patient and it's so nice to have both doctors working with each other for our family. she is always making sure everything is going good, no matter what the situation. Keeping in touch with me about his care and vise versa Ontop of that the One Medical staff members have always been there to answer calls for questions, concerns paperwork and they are always on top of it and they really get to know you personally. It's nice to walk in and get greeted by my name and to see such lovely bright faces so happy to see me. We can not wait for them to open their pediatric rooms next year...the second they do, our son will be a patient for life as well. One medical staff, dr. Tsai, and barb you guys really have touched our hearts in so many ways it's like family. If you want care, that really cares, and goes above and beyond for you in anyway possible with always feeling like you are loved as a patient please please please come here and switch your medical group. On the other hand, the front desk staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. They do not listen and appear quite uninterested in your presence and your requests. Clearly they do not understand they are in the service industry with issues that require careful listening and compassion. I am not a bit surprised to see that I am just one of many that have experienced this issue with the front desk staff. The good news is I found an awesome new provider with a very professional and friendly office staff.
