My son's pediatrician is located all the way in downtown Phoenix, and I just don't have the energy to also drive my daughter all the way from where we are in the East Valley. Dr. Ijaola is proficient, punctual, and personable enough. He's been very thorough during my daughter's last 2 checkups. I also decided to finally have a wellness check for myself since the birth of my daughter was so horrific for both of us. My primary care physician also works at this office. She's one of the nurse practitioners. And she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough as well. Bonus, their office is immaculate and seriously, the fact that you can show up to your appointment on time and be seen right away with zero wait time is amazing!

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

The medical staff is caring and amazing, they have a lab in office. The biggest thing is they respect your time. You don't wait in the waiting room long your provider comes to get you not a med tech and you can pick your apt time 15 min 30 etc. There is an annual membership fee but you get a discount if you have Amazon Prime. My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.

I am not a bit surprised to see that I am just one of many that have experienced this issue with the front desk staff. When I did I went to Primacare. If you ask me I wouldn't go to any other place , after the first visit, I decided that Primacare was going to be the place that would take care of me. I've chosen Primacare to be the house of my primary care physician. I've been going to them for years and have been listened to, cared for, and any opportunity I can. I recommend them to everyone. I've seen all the doctors that work with Primacare, specifically in this location, and everyone is so kind, considerate, and just wonderful people. Seriously. I felt like you were my best friend right out of the gates and made sure everything was addressed and taken care of and even apologized for what I was going through. My primary care physician referred me to this clinic, and sent all of my information to this clinic. My referral was complete in a few days. I then called this clinic back in March, and was informed that their clinic is packed with clients and that I'd have to schedule about 4 months in advance. A little disappointing since we liked them and got comfortable with them and had no idea they moved or were leaving until we made our next appointment. Loved Dr Potts all around and Dr Yin was very knowledgeable but now we see Dr Allred whom my son LOVES! I have the typical toddler who cries with any healthcare personnel he sees but he is so good for Dr Allred! She is so sweet, personal, knowledgeable and always takes my concerns into consideration. My son never cries when he sees her and actually looks forward to seeing her! One star removed for the billing area. I have had a few issues with being double billed, having an extra statement that was already paid in office or insurance not getting the correct information so I would get charged for something that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I have had many calls with the office and communication with the front desk and insurance and it's always been cleared up but watch your statements.
