Dr. Tsai and the lovely one medical team, thank you for being the only ones who took their time and really deeply cared for me. I had been going through 6 years of er visits, urgent care, specialists and former primary care for 9 years for horrible stomach issues but mainly the upper right quadrant pain. When everyone else kept turning me away and treating me as a hypochondriac, dr. Tsai did not...he did anything and everything and even more than I ever could have imagined. Two months ago, things got so severe I was praying to wake up and be with my family for another day...I've never felt so close to death. Immediately got me into urgent screening (even though their wait was two weeks) and a day later called the top surgeon and got me in...tests showed really nothing too bad but it was the exact opposite once they opened me up...one of the worst they have seen and have no idea how it's gone undetected for 6 years even just two days prior to my surgery. When you see him, he addresses everything even if you're there for one issue and he sees an issue like a cold, he won't let you go until he has checked everything to make sure you are leaving the office 100% Ontop of that, he has been so thoughtful as to check in with me every step of the way since I've been his patient to make sure I am okay. The patients are his #1 priority and care. I will stay with him for life! I could go on and on for a 10 page letter for him and how over the top wonderful this man is! I also have seen barb on multiple occasions and, wow oh wow..what a personality and sympathy she has for her patients..my husband is her patient and it's so nice to have both doctors working with each other for our family. she is always making sure everything is going good, no matter what the situation. Keeping in touch with me about his care and vise versa Ontop of that the One Medical staff members have always been there to answer calls for questions, concerns paperwork and they are always on top of it and they really get to know you personally. It's nice to walk in and get greeted by my name and to see such lovely bright faces so happy to see me. We can not wait for them to open their pediatric rooms next year...the second they do, our son will be a patient for life as well. One medical staff, dr. Tsai, and barb you guys really have touched our hearts in so many ways it's like family. If you want care, that really cares, and goes above and beyond for you in anyway possible with always feeling like you are loved as a patient please please please come here and switch your medical group. When is he going to down his fake 5-star reviews? He has the worst bedside manner as a doctor and is extremely creepy. Just look at his picture--he actually does LOOK like that. He rushed out of us once his office took our hefty copay. It was really sad to receive poor medical care in the US when we already paid so much more than in other countries. read more

Our family has many medical issues (and have been thru many providers). Last year, we saw Dr Tsai as a "drop in" and am still so very grateful. He is exceptionally wise, caring (maybe this one should be first) LISTENS and hears what is aid, and advised different studies to get at the root of our problem. I just read he is no longer with OneMedical Gilbert-which would be the only reason I would go to that facility.Dr Tsai is a treasure--integrity, knowledge, care. Dr. Tsai is phenomenal. He truly cares about his patients. He somehow gets you into all screenings and referrals immedietly, and he gets results back immedietly. You get a test done late Friday night? You dont wanna worry about it all weekend? Don't worry, he'll call you on Sat. I have never known a doctor like him. read more

I have followed Dr. Tsai from his previous office because he is genuinely great at what he does. Moreover, being employed under One Medical has empowered him to truly practice medicine the way it should be done. What I mean by this is I have gone to different doctors in other establishments where i felt as though I was in a drive-thru line getting take-out food where the doctor was in and out in less the five minutes. This has never been the case since I have been coming to One Medical where I have also been seen by some of the other professionals. When I was growing up, I had bad experiences with doctor's...especially male doctor's. They really were not my cup of tea. I recently relocated to Arizona from Portland, OR and of course, was in need of a PCP. As soon as I sat down with Tom, he made me feel so cared for and understood. He is such a phenomenal provider and always has a smile on his face. So understanding and so patient. Not only has he become my PCP, he has easily become a good friend. I suggest this man to anyone.
