Now I understand trying to make money but putting the guy through all that looking for lids and about to bring them to my car just seemed very unprofessional. Had receipt, packaging with cord. Owner came up and said, "first we need to put it back in the packaging correctly." The guy that helped me before started winding up the cord. She told him he wasn't doing it right that the loops were too big! So he corrected them. Then she asked where the wire tie was to wrap around it. It had fallen on the floor. I picked it up. She proceeded to tape the sleeve back together and told me that her customers won't buy something that was opened. Then she took the new cord and slipped the sleeve off of it and said see this slides off easily, you don't have to rip the cardboard. I told her when I opened it I didn't know I would be returning it. Then she walked away. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service. Had I gone to Home Depot they never would have treated me this way. Also the cord probably would have been cheaper. Don't go to this store.

You can find anything from frozen pizzas to drill bits to clothing, rugs, plants, wood planks, pet supplies and a lot more. It's almost like a Walmart, but you don't feel like you're at the DMV. It's a fun atmosphere and you really never know what you'll find next. The garden center alone boasted a great variety of flowers and other vegetation. There were also basic needs like hoses, tillers, corn feed, bird seed and everything outdoors. We got 50 lb bags of both. Lately 7 wild turkeys have taken up residence between the field, forest, and dad's back yard. Being out in the country, that's prime entertainment, so dad feeds them well. That 50 lb bag of cracked corn was only $10, so for those kind of prices, I can see why Dad insists on driving out here. If you're in the mood for a bite, there is a hotdog and hamburger table outside of the store where they are grilling. It smelled amazing. The only reason I took away a star is that the women's bathroom is... not a priority. It was smelly, dirty and given the opportunity I just held it until I got back to Dad's. Overall, it's a great store. Just don't go to the bathroom there.

We became very acquainted with Caseville hardware as they were close. So we were in there constantly for paint,plumbing and electrical supplies,tools, yard decorations etc. Also many many propane fill ups for our BlackStone grills and our toy hauler. So my point is we were regulars in buying from them. So when we spent over $200.00 dollars on our golf cart battery we figured they were local and just higher on things. Fast forward to today 9/9/25 at 9:30am when I returned to the store after a rude employee telling me on Monday he didn't do warranty's and come back so I came back today. Talking to the owner and a gentleman today they told me that they were sorry I'd lost my receipt in all that I'd bought there in the past almost 2 years but they couldn't help me and the battery code that it was made in June 23 and probably shipped to them in August 23 and our purchase in Oct 23 would be out of warranty. It's unfortunate that trust with a loyal customer means nothing when you as a customer put up with over charges and hit or miss assistance from employees or the fact that they don't stand behind a trusted brands hassle free warranty stated on the product with date codes. Sadly they lost our business as we owned our own companies prior to our retiring and thats not how we did warranty work or customer service. Now we will drive farther just to get better service rather than doing business with them anymore.
