The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

When I picked up the "repaired" laptop, no programs or apps opened and CD reader didn't work either. I called Cody's Technologies and they were able to redo the competitor's mistakes and make everything work perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and did great work. Some of it was ignorance on my part ordering something and expecting something else but instead of explaining it to me he sighed (yea you could tell over the phone) brushed me off and hung up on me. Now I spoke to another copy place told them what I wanted and they happily explained what I wanted was not doable but were willing to help me find a solution. I felt the service they provided was awful and instead of explaining what I wanted was not possible they simply hung up on me. Again part of it was my fault I own up to it but better to educate your customers than hung up and turn away business. Worse of all is the manager is the one who was rude to me so if he was like that I can't imagine how his peers might be.

I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
