I came in for a general check up and overall the visit went smooth. The front desk was pretty efficient and didnt keep me waiting long. Once I got in, the doctor took time to ask me about my medical history and current concerns. They seemed knowledgable and explained things in a way I could understand. I appreciate how they listened instead of just rushing through. The nurse also made sure I was comfortable and helped get all my info together. Everything was clean and organized. I was a patient back in 2018, but had to switch dentist because I moved away. I recently moved back, I called to be seen again and the receptionist gave me a date in January - no problem. But my problem is that a friend of mine called shortly after and apparently there was availability sooner than January, IF you are an existing patient. So new patients get the short end of the stick or was i given a later date because I HAD to switch dentists and returning? Doesn't seem fair to me. read more

Hi! I came here a couple weeks ago for the first time and I just have to say this is the best dentist Ive ever been too!! They are very kind to everyone who walks in. And are also very funny! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist before, but they are such a wonderful bunch that I cant wait to go back. I was terrified to go to the dentist but I was able to man up and step into this establishment after previously canceling my appointment. The entire staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable they were really friendly and easy going. While they were working on my teeth I truly felt like a king sitting in my throne getting the royal VIP treatment. I didn't even have to rinse my own mouth! They had a suction tube that they would feed me which sucked up all the saliva and junk form my mouth. So, I have been a patient at this office before the new ownership. I was long past due for a visit, when I called to set an appointment and found out about Dr. Johnson's retirement. Because they have my historical records, insurance information and I was comfortable with the support staff, I decided to give the new doctors a try. I have not been disappointed. The doctors are personable and professional. They have accommodated my needs for both routine appointments and on a walk-in basis for an emergency. Casey has been great working with an insurance problem I had, and is always willing to try to make costs as reasonable as possible. While nobody really enjoys a trip to the dentist, they at least make it the best experience possible. read more
