I was a previous patient here a few years ago and unfortunately needed to contact this office again…read morerecently to have my old x-rays sent to my new dental office. Every front desk associate here, whether it was Maria a few years ago or Lauren over the phone today, simply does not know how to professionally communicate with clients. When I say I've been sending follow up emails and leaving voicemails trying to get ahold of someone, I do not need you to tell me that I must be wrong and talking over me because you can't find that information on your computer. I originally stopped being a client because 1. They tried to pressure me into veneers when I was 18 (I came in to simply get my composite bonding touched up) and 2. Once they swiped my card to get me set up with Invisalign, I had no check ins to get fitted with an actual retainer. I also have received texts and calls from this place because they did not document our transaction properly, saying that I owe money. When they get called out for having the wrong information, they back off until they think you've forgotten again. My mother and I have been dealing with the scams these people have sucked us into paying into because we thought they would take care of our dental needs for years.

I had my gums grafted in February and did not want to write something until May to make sure the…read moreresults of my gum graft procedure, not just went well the day of, but also that the healing went well and that the gums took to the graft and were growing and thickening. I am happy to report my gums are doing well and the results of my gum graft are awesome. I had been putting off this procedure for years, because no one likes surgery, but I recommend you do it sooner than later, because no matter what, you will have to get it done if you have recession. I waited so long that i do have bone loss that is not recoverable. My gums had receded so much that the teeth root were exposed which cause sensitivity to cold foods. I had my entire bottom row of gums grafted and the gums have thickened and covered the exposed root of my teeth. Next year I plan to do the top teeth gums when my insurance amount resets. My word of advice is to do it sooner than later. I could have save some bone loss. Secondly, this procedure is not cheap, but if your workplace has FSA or HSA you can put money in to, do it. That way you can use it for the overage in payment due beyond what your insurance will cover. Also, I has originally went to another place for a gum graft evaluation. Their price was so ridiculously expensive, that I could have purchased a new compact car with that amount. I left and never called them back. I do want to say Dr. Nguyen's cost for the procedure was fair and manageable for me even though it is an expensive procedure, but well worth it and necessary. From the beginning, staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. The dental hygienist that did not my teeth cleaning 7 weeks after the procedure was so thorough. One of the best cleaning I have had. Her attention to detail and patience to make sure all the stains and plaque was gone was superb. All Covid safety precautions are in place and the office has the special air filter units throughout the office. Dr. Nguyen is pleasant, very knowledgeable, and an experienced Periodontist. I had no pain after the procedure besides a swollen face for a few days which is normal. I went to work the next day. Dr. Nguyen made the procedure painless and easy and now my gums are looking great on the bottom and I am looking forward to getting the top half done in January.
