This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact.
