I've seen Natural Grocers locations around the valley for years but I finally made it in for a…read morevisit this week... I was seeking an iced tea before picking my daughter up from school and popped in to check it out. I found a fair selection of beverages as well as checked out their supplements, produce and so many other fresh, organic, vegan + other products too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. NG offers some fun events, nutritional health coaches on staff, and has a community feel which I like. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, I've discovered that the supplements I have been buying there are not just a "few cents" higher than other stores. I was charged $60+ for a Probiotic, and the Saw Palmetto I recently purchased was $7.90 higher than two other stores. I feel there must be a considerable mark up on products and it's taking advantage of their consumers. I understand paying the higher price was my fault for not shopping around before purchasing, however, I can guarantee it won't happen again.

We have had Century link Fiberoptic for 5 years great service, until the last couple of weeks after…read morethey were bought out by AT&T. in the past week our internet has been on and off, today when the internet went out again, there was no human I could call, all of their customer service in automated, I finally gave up. I am having COX come out tomorrow to install their internet.

about 1.5 months ago I got a text from centurylink saying there was an outage and they would let me…read moreknow when it was fixed. I was unaware that my phone line was down, and checked it. yup it's down. I logged in to my account and there was a notice saying that it would be fixed on a specific date. so I did not try to contact centurylink's worthless support. when the date in question came up I checked out phone and it was still out. just to make sure I checked all our phones, and even went out to the SNI and opened it, checking with my lineman's handset. not working. so I opened the century link side and checked it there. nope not working just static and buzzing. I logged in to their barely functional website again and it now had a notice that it would be working in another 4 days. When that date came up it was still not working. so I logged in to their waste of time website and ran through their "troubleshoot service" which supposedly tested my line and reported that it was working fine (it wasn't) if I called my landline from my cell phone I got a message that said there was a problem with the line. so now I'm starting to get irritated. I ran through a series of questions about my phones not working none of which had the option of no phones are working, and there is static and buzzing on the line. it just ran through a series of steps that always led to saying my phone was broken. my phone is not broken. now I tried to call and get a human. what a laugh. I just had to navigate a series of terrible "AI" questions and managed to get a repair ticket generated for a friday. with a time window of the ENTIRE DAY! now I'm mad. So I am fed up and went online to cancel my service of 32 years. there is a way to cancel by selecting a reason. NONE of the buttons that I clicked on for any reason did anything EXCEPT (paraphrased) "going overseas for the military". great but it makes me wait the rest of the billing month for the first available date. 3 days before my service is set to be shut off my wife reports that the phones are working. just like that. no notice or anything. well too bad. we are going through with the shut off. I'm tired of paying over $75 per months to receive scam, phishing, "survey's", and political robo dialer calls. The only reason I even kept the service was for 911 and emergencies if a storm knocked out cellular. if anyone ever reads this from centurylink or lumen. your website is barely functional garbage, your repair service is worthless, your service is spotty and barely usable. you seem to do everything you can to make it as difficult as possible to talk to anyone and get resolution for any issues. good riddance.
